It never ceases to amaze me how irresponsible the medical care providers at cherry health can be towards their patients. Nurse Kerry was truly a disgrace and I do not feel safe knowing that she is providing treatment to black and brown patients.

(Translated by Google) I have been calling for almost 3 months and they tell me to wait for new patients. I decide to go in the morning because they tell me that if it is an emergency, go in the morning. I decide to stop and tell him until what hours they are going to attend me and they tell me ahh it is that for an emergency it is until the dentists have time to attend to you, I had already been waiting for two hours and for them to come out with that, I do not recommend Cherry go elsewhere or cancel That clinic, what a terrible service.

This place is literally the worst. Multiple times I have called to get my prescription refilled and it's taken a week or longer for anyone to get back to me and I have to call literally every single day. You're always on hold until you're supposed to leave a message and then they rarely ever get back to you I would not recommend making your primary care doctor be here because the staff just clearly doesn't do their job and then you go in there and they're all just joking around and there's nobody in the place at all. It's like it's all a big joke to them, some of us actually need our medication so it'd be nice if we can get it in a timely manner

I don't recommend it. We went there for four in a half years because our insurance was taken there. I don't recommend Dr. Liao. My older son has ADHD. Every Month Was A FIGHT to get his medicine. My son even missed school a few times because we couldn't get it. Calling the medication line and calling didn't work alot. We've even called the dentist office side just to get through. This last time doctor Liao was on vacation for a week. We called four times. He never filled it till nine days later. He Neglects His Patients. What if someone died because he wouldn't fill there prescription? We've even called before he ran out and days later when he was out.

Was forced by my insurance company to change doctors. This was who they wanted me to see. The Doctor I'm seeing seems fine but the support staff is very slow and ineffecient. If you need a refill you better call it in a couple weeks prior because there refill line is a joke. I called in my refill 4 days ago. I am now out and every time I call I'm put on hold for long periods of time or told it is with the Dr. I am now out of my diabetes and blood pressure meds. Will be seriously looking into a new doctor nearby.

They pride themselves on accommodating Spanish speakers, but they were not accommodating to my husband at all. Rude employees and very poor service. We took our business elsewhere.

Wait time was long but as a walk in for a broken tooth I expected that. I get really anxious about the dentist. I knew my tooth was going to need to be pulled. The training assistant Edna was amazing. I felt cared about. I didn't catch the trainee's name but she did well also. The dentist was laid back and had a good tolerance for someone with as much anxiety as me. Overall it was better than I expected For the situation I was in with my tooth. Having no insurance I'm just glad this was even an option. The good attitudes and organization of all the people working working there was impressive. Even when the waiting room was so full there wasn't enough seats they just kept right on sorting and getting people set with what they needed without even breaking a sweat. It's a tough world we live in these days & affordable options without insurance are greatly appreciated. Idk what I would have done without them.

This was my primary care for over 10 years. Now that we have a pandemic they decided to no longer accept my insurance. I can say is move if you care about your care

Every time I come here I always have to wait over an hour to be seen, but today was the worst ever I had to wait 4 hours, got there as soon as they open (which they took like 15 mins past the opening time to open the doors, group of patients just waiting out in the bitter cold) with an awful toothache needing an emergency extraction which I had try and getting in the past in this place yet they kept recommending me to a bunch of different places, when they could've just done the extraction right there. and Yet everyone else was being seen before me, with less of an emergency than I had. Employees at the desk where to busy laughing and talking extremely loud to even pay any mind to the patients decided to walk out of this place and go be seen by a different dental office. NEVER AGAIN! Avoid this office if you have a dental emergency.
