Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

The staff and doctor are very friendly and make you feel at home. Also the they take their time to explain your visit. Appreciated that especially. We haven't been to the dentist since covid hit. So we needed some good cleanings, and they made sure we didn't leave until it was done. Thank you Cherry Dental in Hamden for the greatest first experience. See you all soon! Definitely recommend!!!

Dr. Birmingham and staff are phenomenal. I have had many procedures including; Invisalign, whiting, and cleanings. Who likes going to the dentist? Not me, but Dr. Birmingham makes each patient feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly and takes their time to fully explain what they are preforming. I highly suggest Cherry Dental Care.

Oh my goodness I don't know where to start! The receptionist was very friendly professional and courteous an excellent addition to the awesome dental experience. The issue i was having, was bothersome and scary for me (I don't like pain)at best but all was well taken care of. Dr Birmingham's approach is refreshing and patient someone who does what he does with the least amount of pain (he really goes out of his way to make your visit bearable). I also had a cleaning which looks and feels like I have a new set of pearly whites(prompting me to floss daily). My take on Cherry Hill dental in Hamden is come here for dental care you will be truly pleased!!

Dr. Birmingham is an excellent dentist. He takes time to explain everything in detail and answer all questions and is obviously fascinated by dentistry. His in-depth explanations always out me at ease so that, even though I generally don't like going to the dentist, I feel very comfortable.

Dr. Renate and Dr. Ron are incredibly talented and passionate about their job. I had a great experience and treatment from them. I felt really taken care of; they take the time to answer your questions and indicate the best options for you. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their clinic.

I initially visited this office at the recommendation of a friend and it has been my go to ever since. This office provided the best cleaning I've ever gotten. Professional and friendly each of the staff work hard to make you feel like a valued member of the cherry dental family. Open on Saturday's, if I ever have an emergency I know I can come here. The best part is they work with my schedule. I give it all stars!
