Being an orthodontist has given me the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the thousands of people I have treated. By improving their bite and their smile, I believe I have improved their confidence, which influences many parts of their lives.

I am passionate about developing a rapport with each patient. I am blessed to work with people ranging from 7 to 70! Each brings their own stories and personality to our office, filling the space with laughter and smiles. I appreciate the opportunity to get to know each person, learn who they are, and be part of their story as they make a lasting, wonderful change in their lives.

The most exciting part of my work is seeing the results of orthodontic treatment: the beautiful changes in the persons oral health and appearance, and how this affects their personal development. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a person transform, and develop stronger self-esteem and confidence around others, all because weve changed their smile.

My team is the bedrock of the office. Most of them have worked together for many years, and have become a family. Collectively, the staff has more than 90 years of orthodontic experience in my practice!

Like a family, there are different personalities and we come together, united in our desire to truly serve our patients. I think its reassuring for our patient families to work with familiar staff: people theyve come to know and trust over the course of their familys orthodontics experience.

While many of the principles of orthodontic treatment remain the same as when I completed my orthodontic training, technology and methodologies are constantly changing. It is essential that I stay current on new techniques and approaches to care, and learn as much as I can in order to provide patients with the most up-to-date treatment options.

Each year I complete many hours of continuing orthodontic education. I have participated in the Alexander Study Club International Symposium, an Invisalign Intensive Fellowship, and the Invisalign Orthodontic Master Program.

Originally from St. Louis, my family and I have lived in Manchester for more than 30 years. My wife Sally and I started dating when were 17 and have been married for 40 years. We have three adult sons Mike, Rob, and Joe and were happy to welcome Robs wife, Elizabeth, to our family, and our granddaughter, Eleanor.

Outside the office, I value time with my loved ones and friends. I also like working in our yard, walking and jogging, movies with Sally, and following Cardinals baseball. Im involved with our church and Kairos Prison Ministry, too.

Salutations, My name is Victoria, I am one of the newest out of the bunch and couldnt be happier to be a part of such an amazing team! I first started off as just a patient of Dr. Cherre, but was personally hired on by Dr. Cherre himself. Overall Ive been a Dental Assistant for over 5 years and its been nothing more than a blessing. As a child Ive always had a passion for helping others in need even the ones whove always doubted me. Ive graduated from Midwest Institute in 2011 with my Diploma in Veterinary Assisting and returned in early 2013 to obtain my Diploma in Dental Assisting Diploma in mid 2014. I love meeting the new patients as well as seeing some familiar faces from my previous job as a General Dental Assistant.

I assist Dr Cherre with the excellent treatment that he provides to all of his patients as well as taking photos, X-rays, Impressions, and digital scans. Im also the happy go lucky assistant that strives to make patients feel at ease and also be having them laughing while receiving treatment in the clinical area. So I can say out of Bridgett and Mary that Im the jokester of the group. I love sitting and talking to patients about orthodontic braces because not only do I have the knowledge to do so but Im also currently in braces myself.

While Im not working, Im usually at home spending time with my 5 year old bunny named Weezie F. Rabbit. I love spending time with my family and friends, and my wonderful boyfriend. I also enjoy cooking, baking, playing video games, knitting, working out & traveling.

For some people, achieving a great smile can be a life-changing event. Its thrilling to be part of each patients transformation! I found my professional home and family at Cherre Orthodontics in 2002. We all work well together and keep our patients smiling during visits!

My family keeps me busy during non-work hours. My husband Joel and I have two children, Kennedy and Matthew. I enjoy supporting the childrens various activities, and our family likes camping from spring through fall. Sometimes Tucker, our dog, comes along!

I love my job because of: cookies, my coworkers, cookies, the ability to work with my hands, cookies, and seeing how people light up when they get their braces removed! (Also, the fresh-baked cookies!) I am the newest member of the Cherre Orthodontics family, having joined in 2017, and love working with a laid-back, faith-filled team to create smiles!

I assist Dr. Cherre with putting on brackets (braces), bending wires, making models, processing X-rays, and taking digital scans. I also take before and after photos and manage our Rewards HUB website, uploading new and fun surveys and contests.

When Im not working, I enjoy the single life. I like eating sweets, watching Anime, playing computer games, going to the movies, and reading. Im active in my church and looking at pictures of bunnies and puppies on Pinterest. Oh, and Im currently having Invisalign treatment to correct my teeth!
