Meticulous! Excellent work, very knowledgeable and versatile. She pulled my tooth and also does my general dental work. She takes her time and doesn't rush u out, and is very thorough. She has such a sweet demeanor and I really enjoy going in to see her and I don't like going to the dentist!

Dr. Loo gave new meaning to "deep" cleaning! I've had so called deep cleanings before but not on this level of thoroughness and detail. She also took time to show me how to floss/brush ... guess I've been doing it wrong this whole time. Fresh & Clean now!

Dr. Loo is meticulous, thorough and is a perfectionist. She has been my dentist for the last 12 years. Before I started coming to her, I had regular deep cleanings, but my gum health was declining. With the level of her care, and the thoroughness of her cleanings, my gums have significantly improved. She recently made a lower bite guard for my teeth to protect my lower teeth that had been badly chipped. Her work is beautiful and looks natural. The bite guard fits perfectly and is comfortable. When I needed a filling, she restored my tooth, so that it looked even better than it had looked before. She's an expert at administering anesthesia to the gums. The shot didn't hurt, the numbing was perfect for the work that had to be done. Dr. Loo checks in frequently and watches my facial expressions, to make certain that I'm not feeling any pain. Other dentists would give me a tooth brush and a gum stimulator. She gave me both of these items and she watched how I used them, without judgement, in order to help me to perfect my technique. That was an important factor in helping me to improve my dental health. If you want beautiful restorations and to improve your dental health, Dr. Loo is your professional.

As I am new to North San Diego County, I needed to find a new dentist. And I don't like visiting dental offices. I don't like the sound of dental tools. First thing you notice is that Dr. Loo looks so young (she attributes to her vegan diet and her exercise habit) that makes you wonder if she is a new/fresh out-of-school dentist. But according to her license on the Dental Board of California website, Dr. Loo has been practicing the dentistry for 19 years! As mentioned before, I was very anxious as I settled down to the treatment chair. Dr. Loo started to laugh when I was gripping the arm rest until my knuckles turned white. She assured me that she will do everything she can to minimize my pain and make me feel comfortable. I didn't say it out loud but thought in my head, "Well, we'll see about that." And what do you know! It was really good! I hardly felt any pain! You know, I have been to about 10 different dentists throughout my life. And I must say Dr. Loo has been the "MOST PAINLESS" experience ever! That does not mean, she did a quick and dirty job. No! She took time. In fact, she went beyond the appointment time to ensure all my oral health issues have been taken care of. She didn't have to do that. But she really cares. Also, I hate some dentists or dental hygienists who just assume you are comfortable as they shove suctions or instruments in your mount. Not Dr. Loo. She was very meticulous. She was paying attention to my body languages and asked me often if I was comfortable. She would adjust the positions of those instruments to provide the maximum comfort. What an experience! This was amazing dental visit indeed! Well, I have a new appointment with her on a tooth that my previous dentist had taken out. (I feel my previous dentist was all about making money for himself.) Dr. Loo looked at my X-rays from the previous dental office. She thinks the tooth could have been saved instead of being extracted. I wish I had come to Dr. Loo instead of him. I am not as anxious to see Dr. Loo for my next dental appointment for an implant. Anybody who is looking for dentist that is well seasoned and experienced and cares for patient's oral health, I highly recommend Dr. Loo.

She is trustable dentist. I'm getting service for 3 years. Everytime when I get recovering or cleaning she takes time to make it perfect. I feel she does her best in her profession. Recently they also got a new kind staff as well. Thank you for your good service always.

DR Cherrisse Loo is hands down by far the best dentist we have ever encountered. She WILL take care of you and your loved ones like you are family. That is something money can't buy! She is very caring during the procedure and after as well. I highly recommend her to anyone out there looking for a top notch Dentist. Me and my wife are so grateful to her for everything she has done. I could keep writing all day about her but please go and see her yourself.

I am very afraid of dentist and doctor loo does everything she can to help that fear and succeeds. I have been a patient a long time and before I found her I was considering just not seeing a dentist at all. She has great bedside manner and I would recommend her to anyone with dental fears.

Dr. Loo is an excellent dentist who spends as much time as needed with each patient. She performs the dental cleaning herself which has been the best cleaning I've ever had. I was also taught the proper ways to brush and floss to prevent further problems. The first time I saw her, she spent over 2 hours doing a deep cleaning because it had been years since I saw a dentist. Over the years, the time it takes to clean my teeth has gotten consistently less. Now I'm working on only two areas which have been problematic due to bad crowns which need replacing. If you are looking for a dentist who cares about prevention, Dr Loo is the one.

Dr. Loo is very thoughtful and diligent. She is very detail-oriented and thorough. The care and service I received was top-notch, and I've recommended her dental practice to several friends and colleagues. She is always pursuing continuing education in order to incorporate best practices into her treatment plans. She is personable and easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable right away.
