Very good service and very clean dental office

Very helpful dentist who examined my father and carefully explained how his previous dental work is leading to problems now, and provided us with a plan on how to proceed. Dentist spoke to me in English and to my father in Mandarin very patiently. The office feels ready for COVID-19 as we had an appointment for 2pm and a patient was on their way out when we arrived. There were a few other empty rooms, which gives time to air out a previous patient. All staff there wore PPE properly. We're figuring out an issue with insurance though, as the person I spoke to on the phone assured me that they took Medicare, but going there in person, another staff said they did not. We'll see what happens with it, but at least they were upfront with the all the costs associated with the exam and x-ray should insurance not cover.

They always take care of your insurance balance and provide excellent service. Waiting time averages 15 minutes.

Reasonable services. Poor management. Run by the whole family. Most time very long wait. Sometimes they don't give you the doctor you booked (father and two sons)

I will give them 0 if possible. this place always overbooked beyond capacity. You need to wait at least 1.5 hours for service. Total Asian family style dental office ran by dad and two sons. One of his son (forgot his name) is really not professional and unskilled.
