I've seen Dr. Koo a few times for my teeth cleanings. She is precise and thorough! My family all goes to this office to get their dental work done! Also appreciate their Covid safety precautions as well! They book out far in advance for a reason, so be sure to call in ASAP!

The price keep go up, last few month routine check up $105, then $110, now $120. Beside the hygienist only clean 3/4 teeth, she skipped the teeth far right and left.....

Dr. Chen is terrific! I just had a cracked, infected, root canal tooth extracted. He had thoroughly numbed me so I won't feel any pain while he extract the infected, cracked tooth, and thoroughly cleaned out the infected site. He also stitched me up to aid the healing, and to prevent food particles falling into the hole from the extracted tooth. (This review was from last year). Continuing with my review. He placed an implant post and fill it with bone graft on my extracted tooth after the wound had healed. Continuing the check up for 8 months until the post is stable for insertion of an abutment and crown. Today, he opened up the gum area to expose the post and I am ready for my crown. Dr. Chen is very careful with all his procedure and he makes sure that it doesn't hurt. I would highly recommend him to all my friends.

Dr. Dennis Chen has been my dentist since 2016 and my problems were always well taken care of. In the first year of the pandemic, all clinics were closed and I happened to have an infection. Thanks to Kate, I was very lucky to have an appointment and Dr. Chen thoroughly explained to me all the options. The treatment requires several visits within six months. Each time before the visit, I received courtesy calls from Kate to make sure I was well prepared and followed Covid-19 regulations. During the treatment, Dr. Chen made sure I'm comfortable and have Kate demonstrate how to clean and care surgery wound. I noticed some reviews complaining about billing. From my experiences, Kate always gave me the details and the amount I need to pay out of pocket after insurance coverage. I also noticed billing became more erratic in other medical claims (but not Dr. Chen's) probably because of many things changed during pandemic. It's a difficult time for everyone and I really appreciated that Dr. Chen and his staffs took lots of risks to make sure their patients are safe and well cared for. He and his staffs are the best that I know of in twenty-year dental visit experience.

I have been seen Dr. Chen since Sep 2020 for my front teeth implant. Dr. Chen is very professional, knowing his patient's conditions, and recommended the best solutions for his patients. He is very honest and he wouldn't recommend something you dont need. I had my implant done yesterday and I am very happy with what he had done for me. His staffs are very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I wanted to thank him for implanting my teeth so I can smile with confident again! I would recommend friends and friends to Dr. Chen who needs implant!

They asked my husband to prepay $895 on 4/8 for the upcoming date of service on 5/28. We were told that they will refund us once insurance paid the claim. I called in September to check the status and was shocked that they didn't file the claim! I pushed them to file the claim and insurance paid them three weeks later and every time I called they said they have not received the insurance company's payment and refused to refund me!!!

For those who still go to this doctor: 1) don't pay any upfront fee. It's illegal to take upfront payment. For my case, they charge me $$$ two months before the actual service started. 2) It's illegal not to file a claim after service. They didn't file a claim until I check with them 4 months after service. 3) Don't pay more than EOB's patient responsibility. It's illegal to charge more. The contracts that dentist sign with insurers in order to be included in a plan's provider network include "hold harmless" provisions that prohibit doctors from charging members more than a copayment or other specified cost-sharing amount for services that are covered. It has been half a year and I've already spent hours on this refund process and I decided to spent more time getting them out of this illegal business!
