One of the worst! He didn't listen to what was wrong with my teeth and shaved down perfectly good teeth! He also touched my mouth with no gloves (didn't wash his hands)and he smelt awful like cigarettes.

They deserve NO STARS!!!!! But it won't let me do that........... I went here a few years back. I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled because the root was starting to grow into another root. While pulling it it broke in half. It was starting to hurt and he said that this was hurting him more than me. When I moaned he complained again that this is harder for him than me. This was on the bottom right side. The pain lasted over 4 weeks. At the 2nd week mark I called them, made an appointment, and I complained about the severe pain I was in. Doctor said to not be a baby and it will just take time!!! I have never returned and when anyone asks for a recommendation I always tell them NOT to go here!!!!! I ended up going to my PCP and he helped me with the pain and told me to never go back. He said it was not stitched right and that the air getting to it was what was causing so much pain. Please........NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!

I went here Nov 16 all he wants to do is pull teeth I'm in worst pain now then I was before I went in and got teeth pulled I will never go there I have found a better dentist there a reason why it says denture cause he just pulls all your teeth so you can get denture through him..

I also believe I received a root canal I did not need, now there's inflammation and possible infection under root canal a year later! (Found out from new dentist) I may now just need it pulled out (dead tooth). He smells like, cigarettes/cigars. He does not have good bed side manners and doesn't care about if your in pain. I was also told I had many cavities, my new dentist only found 2 surface cavities. Should have got a second opinion sooner. (5 fills, one root canal later) He has made me scared of going to the dentist now.

went here to get root canals that i dont think i needed, left every day in more pain than i was in to start off because my teeth didnt hurt to begin with, they hassled my insurance multiple times for work they didnt even do, doctor is easily frustrated and told me i was annoying in the chair for feeling pain and that his job was harder than mine (he also smells like cigarettes), complained about a bar on the back of my teeth (from having braces years ago) and how it was hurting my teeth but did nothing about it, incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. only decent part was the assistant who did her best to comfort me. also the place closed down. wonder why, doesnt everyone think 1.7 stars is just spectacular?

This dentist is no longer in business . Me and my husband stopped there today to talk to then about myself and they had a sign on the door that say closed and was going to reopen and they gave name of a dentist office in Waverly with a phone# . My husband was patient here and they didn't even send a notice.

This is the worst dental visit I have ever had in my life. I came for one filling and doctor found 3 crowns and a root canal along with many other cavities, more than 10. I was completely terrified. I have good teeth and I haven't had much problems with them. Also, he wanted to start from root canal right away. I suggested to start with regular cavities, as I wanted to get a second opinion on my root canal and crowns. I visited another doctor and he told me that my teeth are great and I have 1 small cavity; nothing major. I am so mad that Chemung clinic lied to me about the work I need to do to make more money! Shame on you! Also, my hidgrnist did not use water or scaler for cleaning. She just brushed my teeth and that's it! When I asked her about water, she told me I do not need it. While filling, the doctor used my chest as a rest place for the dish for his tools. He was throwing his tools right on my chest. So unprofessional! Stay away!

I want to give the dentist a ZERO. It's like going to a dentist you wouldn't even take your animal to. This dentist is very insensitive to people. MY son was terrified even going in we will never go back...please do yourself or your loved one a favor and find another dentist that accepts fidelis. The only good thing was the front office lady was kind and apologetic. I've never taken the time to write a review but I hope this saves another person the pain at the hands of this insensitive dentist. ..they need to find a new one. My son, who never cries was crying when he came out...he's 27, I haven't seen him cry since he was a little boy, it broke my heart.

Went because had a chipped tooth and he started grinding on my teeth. He hit a nerve twice and i almost lost it on him. He files your teeth down in back and rushes you so bad. Do not go here. Saving you from pain
