My dauther was seeing Dr. Neetu Bansal for braces for almost 3 years. At almost 3 years, Dr. Bansal said she would remove my daughter's braces. I disagreed since my daughter's teeth and molars were misaligned. Dr. Bansal, and owner Dr. Vandana stated that it was the best that could be done for my daughter based on the fact that my daughter had a missing tooth. I made a complaint and took my daughter to a different orthodontist. Dr. Vandana, the owner, stated that she would refund Masshealth dental for the unsuccessful treatment. However, there is no refund for the time wasted. Because I started going to a different orthodontist, waiting for Dr. Vandana's refund, and qualifying for treatment again took a long time, I ended up changing my dental insurance and paying half of the cost of the new treatment. The new orthodontist did what according to Dr. Bansal and owner Dr. Vandana "couldn't be done". If I had known this I would have gone with the orthodontist we're with now from the start.

I used to take my daughter here and never got around to leaving my review. What's a beautiful place- however don't let that mislead you. The dentist was very rude and became very impatient after my daughter who was 5 at the time began to cry. She then made comments about how she "had me by the palm of her hand" that perhaps her dad should accompany her. If you are a pediatric dentist, it takes a lot of patience and compassion. They also were going to place a crown on her tooth, I took her to another dentist and this was not necessary. Keep in mind when shopping for a dentist that not all of them are focused on the patient, but insurance billing.

I don't like leaving bad reviews because it can affect a business but I have to leave this review for parents that really are looking for someone to care for the well being of your children's teeth. I've brought my daughter to this dental office since she was 6 months, and returned every 6 months for checkup as recommended. Until recently, (my daughter is now 4) the dentist told me my daughter had a cavity - which I understood completely. I called in to schedule for the cavity to be taken care of, I went in and they tried for maybe 5 min and gave up on her. Which today, I am thankful they did so. They recommended I call another pediatric dentist to have my daughter go under general anesthesia and I thought to myself that's crazy to recommend this for 1 tooth where they barely tried. I was super upset. I went ahead and scheduled a consultation at the other dentist and they did full X-rays and found multiple teeth that needed work - not just ONE as the dentist here told me. It's our responsibility yes as parents, but I also trusted this dentist was looking out in best interest of my kids and that we would be advised correctly. It's so upsetting my daughters teeth were deteriorating and the dentist was telling me "they look perfect". I do NOT recommend this place. Only leaving 2 star because receptionist were friendly and were great with reminders, etc. Truly they deserve no stars.

Got told in 2019 if I worked here and received my certifications etc. I would get reimbursement and a bonus. Never received any. When I went and asked for my reimbursement they gave me a $16 check (the classes were over $200-$300) and they said "we don't want to pay you the full amount because we don't want you to leave us." if you're looking at the reviews to see what kind of job you're looking at right now just letting you know to not be naive. unfortunately grown women sometimes just take advantage of others trying to grow in this field. Stay safe!

Honestly one of the best places for kids. They respect and works with kids. Where they are comfortable and dont push them if they are scared. We come in here around the time when they first started and I have recommended them to all my families. My son had to put under sleep for oral works. And the Dr. Sonia was there afterhour answering questions and concern i had late night because he came down with a high fever after.

Really friendly to the kids. All of my 3 kids are visiting here. My biggest kid did take out total 5 of her teeth out here. She didn't feel anything. Suggest!

I never leave bad reviews but woah today the doctor who attended my daughter was in a rush, and was soooo rude ! My daughter was frightened by her attitude and didn't want to open up her mouth for her , then the doctor goes "hun I have other kids here it's not just you here , you need to open your mouth" RUDE . Then when we were going to leave my daughter almost touch something she wasn't supposed to and the doctor goes "idk what would cross her mind to do that" like first of all she only 6 , secondly that was very unprofessional. Also they put flouride on her when I always tell them not to do so . This place has become a nightmare . I wouldn't take her here again .
