Dr. Ray Hanna, DMD is a graduate of the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Upon completion of the certificate program in Advanced Education, Dr. Hanna founded Chelsea Family Dental, which serves the Chelsea- East Boston area. In 2010, he also founded Watertown Dentistry of Watertown, Massachusetts.
Dr. Hannas strong commitment to education leads him to numerous continuing education courses throughout the year. His dental team is committed to providing the highest level of dental care for the whole family.

I have been seeing Dr. Hanna for just over a year now. Over the past 15 months we have done 3 root canals, 2 crowns, filled 4 cavaties, and today I had 2 dental implants installed. There has been no pain at all in any of these procedures, even the implants today, he is very careful to make sure you are comfortable. Additionally, it is always easy to schedule, and his staff if fantastic.
Dr. Hanna has been my dentist for over 8 years at Family dental! his Service is Outstanding!, I have always Recommend Him to my friends and Family! He treats People with Extreme care! i wish him and his family all the Best in many Years to come! Many Blessings,

Great staff. Friendly and warm. Extremely patient and helpful. Dental assistant was wonderful and warm. Dentist was kind and knowledgeable. Offered several options to solve issues I had questions about. New patient but I felt right at home.

It use to be a good place. Unfortunately I lost my trust on them. I feel scammed and obviously I do not recommend it. I prefer to pay again for the same job than see their face again. Getting receipts with used paper was a red flag of their lack of professionalism.

My go to place for myself, my mom and my 3 kids! Erica always makes sure all my appointments are up to date and everything I need done gets done properly! I recommend this place for everyone and their family! They are very GOOD switch accommodating their patients! Always on time and they are always available to get all my 3 kids in at the same time! I highly recommend anyone that has children not to go to this facility, the atmosphere location is terrible. The doctor would not come out and talk to me after our consultation he let his associates deal with everything I scheduled an appointment to have son cavities taken care of we showed up to the appointment and then they said I'm sorry you were not going to do it today.

I came a week prior for a cleaning then was told I need a deep cleaning. I was denied a deep cleaning thru insurrance and spoke with dentist after the denial about coming in today for a basic cleaning. After sitting there for 40 minutes while there was not dentist in the office (I was the first appointment and apparently he decided to arrive extremely late) this dentist decided he didnt want to give me a regular cleaning, even after I spoke with him personally over the phone. I left work early AGAIN to come for this appointment. highly disgusted. not to mention they broke HIPPA laws by leaving their whole days schedule up as I sat and waited and waited and waited. great job! I will report to DPH & Masshealth.
