Graduated from Boston University School of Dentistry in 1992. Practiced as a general dentist in Boston from 1992-1994. Received his special training in Periodontics and dental implants from The New Jersey Dental School along with his Masters degree in 1997. Dr. Ghazi has been on the faculty of Harvard School of Dental Medicine since 1998 where he teaches clinical periodontics and dental implants to the post-graduate residents. Dr. Ghazi has been practicing periodontics and dental implants in the Boston area since 1997. Dr. Ghazi is a Diplomate of The American Board of Periodontology.
Dr. Kayali attended Boston University where he received his dental degree with honors in 1997. After practicing general dentistry for six years in Michigan, Dr. Kayali returned to Boston to attend Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine where he completed his endodontic residency and received a certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies in Endodontics.Dr Kayali is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics (Board Certified).Dr. Kayali is a member of the American Dental Association, College of Diplomates of the American Board of Endodontists, the American Association of Endodontists, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Massachusetts Association of Endodontists and the South Shore District Dental Society.When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Kayalienjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

I love gilmari the hygienist. Shes super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She speaks spanish which is a plus. The front desk staff Donna is super nice as well. Highly recommend. The place is very clean too and i never have to wait they take me right away.

Great staff,friendly. Had x-rays done Doctor explained my situation and extracted my tooth with very little pain. First time visiting this facility and I highly recommend it. Where your teeth situations aren't judged. Thank you Chemlsford Dental

I'm not a big fan about the dentist so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to a very nice lady named Donna and she was fantastic from start to finish. She helped me create a payment plan. She set up my appointments. She called before and after my treatments and I have never had a dentist's office do that. The dentist explained what I had to do for extensive teeth work and it was awesome and pain free.....absolutely the greatest dental office around d. I would highly recommend...

I don't like going to the dentist.. I try to avoid going but I needed some dental work done. I heard about Chelmsford Dental Group and how the dentists were wonderful. Ok..so I made an appointment. I told the receptionist Donna that I'm not a good patient.. and I needed a Dr who can be understanding and have patience. I met Dr Addas.. he was amazing!!!! The entire staff from getting my x-rays by Gail to cleanings by Gilmari and then needed 4 crowns..which can be very uncomfortable, everyone at Chelmsford dental group made me feel comfortable. I needed extended appointments because of my anxiety and Donna was able to make all of my appointments around my schedule. I will be going back for Invisalign. I will never need another dentist I will always come back to Chelmsford Dental Group!!. Thank you to everyone at Chelmsford for making me feel so comfortable!

Just had my check up , and my experience was great with the new owners after Mondovi. Met the new doctor, Dr Lisul was so friendly, informative and funny, the hygienist was very nice, best cleaning I ever had! The staff and everyone was amazing! Thank You!

Was with the original dentist and rated it a 5. 3 dentists in a few years has resulted in a downgrade of services. I paid an estimated fee when services were done in 2019 and my daughter had a visit in January. 2020. We were overcharged by over $50 and cannot get our money back. They were Mondovi for over a year and shut down during COVID. Reopened as Chelmsford Dental group and weeks later, nothing. No response. Take responsibility and give me my money back! I cannot even get my FSA money back since My paperwork says I paid less!

This is my family's first and only dentist after relocation to great Boston area. Missing Dr. Pierce. So nice. But after a doctor/company change in the past year. My family decided that it is time to find a new dentist. Since a few months ago, during the process of teeth cleaning, the dentist assistant started to give you some service or apply some product you did not requested, those are not fully covered by your insurance. She will not tell you that you have to pay extra unless you actively questioned her. And it is not a one time incident, it happens to my visit, my wife's, and even my daughters'. Disappointed that those lovely staff started to learn these disturbing tricks. Should we blame the downhill global economy?
