Dr.Fadjo is a 1975 graduate of University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He is a senior partner at Chelmsford Dental Associates and has been practicing for over 30 years at CDA. He has worked as a volunteer dentist for the Massachusetts Dental Society in many continuing education programs including the Yankee Dental Congress for which he was General Chairman in 1988. He is a fellow in the American College of Dentists. He enjoys skiing, golf, working in his yard and walking. He lives in Westford with his wife, Yazmin. They have six daughters and four sons.
Dr. Pietrasik is a Cum Laude graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry. He is a senior partner at CDA and has been practicing here for over 30 years. Dr. Pietrasik is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society and volunteers his time to help organize continuing education programs. He has chaired several committees for the Yankee Dental Congress and served as General Chair in 2003.
Dr. Ashim Kapur is a senior partner at CDA and has been practicing here since 1997. He has his Dental degree from Case Western Reserve University and a General Practice Residency Certificate from St. Luke's Hospital. He is actively pursuing a fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society. He enjoys sports and reading. He currently lives in Westford with his wife, son and 2 daughters.
Dr. Katherine R. Tyros is an honor graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. She attended Boston University undergraduate school and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Physiology. She received awards from the American Academy of Geriatrics and the Allan B. Reiskin Award for Outstanding Achievement in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. She currently lives in Tyngsboro, MA with her husband, son and daughter.
Dr. Parradee is a junior partner at CDA and has been with the practice since 2002. He received his DMD degree from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. While at Tufts he was awarded the Thomas B. Hunt JD Endowment Scholarship for academic excellence. He was also recognized on the Dean's list for high performance on both parts I and II of the National Board Examination. Dr. Parradee is a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and Delta Sigma National Dental Fraternity. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He enjoys spending time with his family, running, cycling, skiing, and hiking among other outdoor activities. He resides in Westford.
Dr. Himanshu Shah is a Cum Laude graduate of the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. While in school he volunteered at various community health service events in and around the Boston area. Dr. Shah is an active member of the American Dental Society and Massachusetts Dental Society. He is a high honor graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in Biology, and graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking and playing basketball. He currently resides in Westford.

DO NOT GO HERE! Originally saw Dr. Ramos and she was very unprofessional and open made comments about how my cavity filling wasn't properly done but said " if it's not broken don't fix it" not even 24 hour later and the filling fell out. When back to get it fixed and about three weeks later it fell out.

Dr Ramos was awesome! She took her time to fix my gap between my teeth and made them look natural and perfect. Her assistant Rachel was also amazing. They were both very nice to talk to and made the appointment enjoyable. The whole staff is great!

I just went to DMD Katherine Tyros for 3 minutes of "Limited Oral Evaluation" with complain of partially chipped filling and she professionally charged me $109 for advising that it does not require any re-fill. They know how to value their time, so I will look for someone that will value mine.

Communication is absolutely horrible, spoke to three different secretaries and they still couldn't get the information right. They should have more doctors and less secretaries. Spoke to someone today at 11 AM and still no return phone call.

I was called in promptly from the parking lot. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The cleaning was very thorough and all precautions were taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

I (personally) hate going to the dentist. The tools, the noises, the dreaded fluoride... pretty much everything. Kelly changed my opinion in one visit. She was super nice and made the overall experience not so bad - which may not seem like a compliment but if you know my strong dislike for the dentist, it's HUGE. She told me what she was going to do before she did it, made pleasant conversation and before I knew it... it was over. I will without a doubt request her every time I go. Thanks Kelly!

Excellent service! All staff are friendly and compassionate about their jobs. The dentist and all technicians took the time to explain everything in great detail. I also felt very safe coming to this office during COVID pandemic. All staff had appropriate PPE in use and followed clean or sterile protocol when needed. I've seen a lot of bad dentists, so I was relieved to finally find a good one in Lowell! 10/10 would recommend!

Dr Tyros quickly diagnosed my issue and came up with a temporary solution to aleve the pain. I love all the personal attention from the staff and the follow up calls to assure I am recovering.

Chelmsford Dental Associates is the best dental practice I have ever used. The office and its staff on every level is marked by its friendliness, accomodation to emergencies, and professionalism. I have been a patient of Dr. Tyros for the whole time. I cannot praise her for her skill and manner. Her supporting staff and the dental hygienists and assistants do a great job in maintaining my oral health. They are extremely careful and friendly and I have gotten to know several of them, such as Melissa, Erin, Kayleigh, over a number of years. Very satisfied indeed.

A friend referred me to Chelmsford Dental; my situation was sort of an emergency. They saw me within 24 hours and then made an appt with an oral surgeon the very next morning. Incredibly nice doctor and assistant; very clean office.

My appointment went very well. I waited in the car until it was time to go into the office. Everyone was welcoming and I felt very safe. My hygienist was efficient and professional and very pleasant. Dr. Pietrasik was very thorough and gentle. I am very pleased with my visit and I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Chelmsford area.

Happy to find a new dentist. The dentist I had seen for the past 40 years retired. I couldn't be more pleased with the services received yesterday at Chelmsford Dental Associates. Everyone there was very pleasant and professional. The staff took the time to make sure that everything was very clean before I was examined and the dentist was very thorough in his examination; he even cleaned my teeth himself because it was my first time as a patient.

Love this dental office. The hours are so convenient - I usually get an appointment in the evening when the kids are in bed. They give straight forward advice, do honest work, and never make you feel like you are being sold a bill of goods. I have been to many dentist offices over the years and some of them were quite predatory. Walking into this practice was such a relief- the quickly debunked what I had heard in other places and saved me quite a lot of money. It has been many years now, and time has proved their advice was the best. As an additional bonus, all the hygienists that I have had there over the years have been friendly and interesting as well as skilled and that is important as they are the people you spend the most time with. The dentists and hygienists seem to have a mutually respectful relationship which also inspires confidence and adds to a more positive experience.

I have been going to Chelmsford Dental Associates for many years and have been treated so well by the professional staff in every department. I recently went to the office for my regular cleaning and felt completely safe with excellent protocols in place.
