Dr. Chelian grew up in San Diego, California and earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious SDM Dental College of India, rated the number one dental college in all of Asia. He then acquired his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Chelian practiced general dentistry in Massachusetts and Rhode Island before showing an interest in orthodontics. He conducted research on Accelerated Osteogenic Orthodontics (Wilckodontics) a method to shorten time in braces and obtained his certification in Wilckodontics. He then went on to complete his specialization in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Boston University, where he had the privilege of training directly under Dr. Anthony Gianelly, a world-renowned orthodontist and founder of the modern Bi-Dimensional technique.
During his orthodontic residency, Dr. Chelian received advanced certification in Invisalign and obtained his board certification to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Only 1 in 3 orthodontists is board certified. Achieving board certification is the last step in a long and intensive educational experience to ultimately provide excellent patient care. Dr. Chelian is now a Platinum Provider of Invisalign, one of the top provider statuses attainable!
Dr. Chelians passion for orthodontics relies on many hours of continuing education. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, New Hampshire Dental Society and the Greater Nashua Dental Society. He holds dental licenses in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
In his spare time, Dr. Chelian enjoys spending time with his wife, Vihangi, who is a dentist, and their son, Viren. They love to travel together and meet new people, learn new cultures, and try different foods. Dr. Chelians favorite city is Prague and his life goal is to visit as many countries as he can. He loves cooking ethnic foods, hiking the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire and reading about world history, wine, art and anything interesting.

I've been bringing my youngest daughter to Dr Chelian office... and him and his staff are the sweetest people! 5 stars hands down!!! They truly care about their clients! My daughters braces are coming off today and the before and after is just WOW We can't even hold in our excitement her smile is just beautiful Thank you sooo much to everyone of the staff

Bismarck did an Excellent job putting on my granddaughter's bottom braces. He explained everything as he was working which was very helpful. I would highly recommend him !!

State of the art feels for sure. Felt very welcomed and comfortable. I was called in within mins of arrival and the staff were really nice. I have high hope for my braces results. I will come back ones I have an update

We started at this office before transferring to Nashua. The best part about it is no matter what office you're seen at the staff is the same!! So there is distinct continuity of care that is difficult if not impossible to find. The techs are all super friendly and professional with kids and adults alike. Bismarck and Allie are who we usually see but their all great. Accommodating to the greatest extent possible.

This place is the absolute best for so many reasons...first, the staff....the most wonderful, gentle, friendly bunch of people I've ever had the pleasure of being around. Place runs like a well oiled machine. Pricing is not only fair but the only place I know that works with you. Braces are expensive but so important and Chelian makes that possible. Entire office is clean and always uses sterile products. State of the art machinery for only the best care. If I were lucky enough to have braces/invisilign this would be the only place I would go. In fact, once the kids are done I'm going to have Chelian give me the braces I've needed for too long. ADDED BONUS! Always great tunes playing! Just a WHOLE successful and pleasant experience- every time.

Start to finish! We had an amazing experience. Dr. Chelian is very detailed and works to provide an exceptional smile. My daughter had two rounds and we can't be happier! If your children need braces, run don't walk!

From all of the positive reviews I've seen I decided to try out chelian and I'm glad I did. Very pleasant, laid back atmosphere and the crew was very professional and answered all my questions and did a fantastic job on my daughter's teeth. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to braces
