I grew up in western Washington and moved around a lot while growing up. I moved to Newberg in 2001 to go to George Fox University where I earned a degree in computer science. I worked as a software developer for almost 10 years before deciding to head back to school and change directions.
I am married to my beautiful wife Nicole, my college girlfriend from GFU. We were married in 2006 and have 3 great kids, who keep us very busy. We have a daughter (Reese, 10), and two boys (Wyatt, 5 and Bennett, 3). In my free time, I enjoy playing the guitar, hiking, watching movies, and drinking tea.
Toothpaste: I really just use whatever I can get my hands on. People always ask if I have a preference between Crest and Colgate and I always tell them its like the difference between Coke and Pepsi, just personal preference. Side note: I do not recommend drinking Coke, Pepsi, or any other soda.

Back in 2005 I went to this dentist and asked for a bridge and asked to show me on a diagram what the procedure was going to be I was told sliding a back teeth forward was a bridge by this dentist I get in his chair he numbs me up and starts shaving my two teeth perfectly healthy teeth puts a bridge on not what he showed me on the diagram the day before I asked him after he shaved my teeth down what are you doing he's all well we couldn't do it the other way so I did it this way was his only answer. So now I have no bite thanks to this dentist he took my money he took my my manhood for for all I know.

Although going to the Dentist can be an intimidating experience for many of us, I am pleased to say visiting Chehalem Dental Office, conversely, is quite pleasant and even relaxing. All the support staff is professional, friendly, thoughtful, and reassuring. Dr. Ogle is one of the finest Dentists I have ever seen! He is not only knowledgeable, competent, and caring; he is also humorous and entertaining! Pretty soon, any feelings of anxiety and/or uncertainty seem to vanish. He's really quite gentle and constantly checks in to make sure all is well. I so appreciate this consideration. Honestly, if you need excellent dental work done, please don't hesitate. Call Chehalem Dental for an appointment.

My husband and I are new patients of Chehalem Dental this week and had full check with e rays and cleaning and checked for cavities , etc We are impressed with personnel and Dentist! We rate a full 10 on this appointment

Dr. Ogle and his staff are the perfect combination of professional and personable. As someone with a life-long phobia of the dentist, I would highly encourage you to give them the opportunity to at least discuss your dental needs and a treatment plan. After 3 visits so far, and the most painless procedures I've ever had, the anxiety is gone and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. My only regrets are not going sooner and not being able to give 10 stars!

I drove all the way down from Seattle, WA to see Dr. Ogle and I plan on doing it again. Another dentist gave me an overly aggressive dental plan, and Dr. Ogle and his team thoroughly evaluated me and were able to save me thousands of dollars. Dr. Ogle is an ethical and highly skilled dentist!

Dr Ogle and his staff are by far the best I've ever dealt with. Two times this man has met me on the weekend for a dental emergency I was having. I also send both my sons to this man and my boys love how friendly and professional he, and his staff is. Thank you all for being so good and caring

Dr. Ogle is great! I had to have my first root canal and was pretty nervous prior to the procedure. Dr. Ogle and his staff were really good at helping me to feel at ease before the procedure began. The procedure was completely pain free. I expected to have discomfort after the numbing wore off later at home, but to my surprise it felt no different than a regular filling. I really appreciate the positive, comfortable atmosphere they have created within the office. They genuinely cared about me as a person and my comfort level as a patient.

I feel very comfortable and at ease with Dr Ogle and staff. They are all very kind and funny! I was hesitant to go back since Dr Barnard left but Dr Ogle is excellent and I am glad I did!

I recently became a patient at Chehalem Dental and have been extremely impressed with their top notch care. Dr. Ogle and his staff are very caring and have a conservative approach to their treatment. Dr. Ogle is the best! I was nervous about getting extractions and he clearly explained the procedure to me. He made sure I was comfortable with it and got it all done in less than 30 minutes! Dr. Ogle and his staff do a great job at making the visit fun and less stressful. His clinic is very welcoming and I highly recommend it!
