You wait almost a full year to get an appointment, and when it's finally a few days away, they call to reschedule for another 3/4+++ months because the dentist is not in. If they are understaffed or whatever the case may be, might as well not accept new patients. This is negligence.

Every time I go there these girls at the counter have a really bad attitude. I noticed one more thing that if you're hispanic you'll be treated differently. Very sad to see that in NY

The staff like doctors, hygienist they were good but the people at the counter are not nice people. They have bad attitude.. that's why I left the clinic although it's only few steps from my house.. I moved to canal street.

I called 1/27/20 to make an appointment for me and my daughter and was informed to go to the one all the way on bay street to be there at 9:15 for 1/28/20. As instructed I arrived here today with my daughter at 9:02 only for them to be closed mind you I'm standing outside with my child in 37 degrees weather . Whose a known asthmatic. I called their office multiple times only to get know answer. I then proceeded to go to the other side of where the health care center was only for them to tell me they would reschedule in call me back. No one has called me back or answered their phones or even cared I was waiting outside with my child or that I spent money on a cab I didn't have

Its a clean place BUT the worst thing is that to get an appointment you would have to wait 3-4 months and then they call to re schedule so im never coming here again !!! Don't waist your time!!!!
