Had initial exam and a new crown placed. This has been hands down the best experience I have had in my life at a density office. They explained the entire process and reasoning behind the decisions. I actually got to see them make my crown. Now let's talk about the pain, 0. I actually felt myself dozing off. They kept checking in on me asking if I needed more medication. The doctor had the jokes and was easy going. The entire team was welcoming. Best of all the were upfront about the price of the procedure so no sticker shock. I have already recommended this office to my family and I have upcoming appointments. I found my dentist I will never go to another facility. Just an update to my review. have been a patient here for a year now. I am so glad I found this office and I will never go anywhere else. I had a crown placed about 6mo ago and I developed pain at the site. The staff was able to get me and immediate appointment. The fix was quick and the doctor followed up with me a week later over the phone to make sure everything was good. I also had my mouth guard adjusted to fit my new crown and once again I received a follow up call from the doctor. This is true VIP service all the staff have been great. I can honestly say I look forward to the dentist.

I am amazed at how fast my appointment was. Dr. Chavez is a great dentist. I recommended him 100%. He is using updated equipment and procedures.

So we have been going here for 4 years and we missed a payment so this clinic informed the debt collector that we have not paid the amount of 80$(we have paid thousands for regular services) and now that shows up on our credit score and will be stuck to my score for 7 years and we are doctors. Never received a single call regarding the pending amount.

I recently had an in-office teeth whitening treatment with Jose from Chavez Family Dental. Considering this was my second time seeing Jose for teeth whitening, I can honestly say I highly recommend you call Chavez Family Dental to schedule your teeth whitening appointment with Jose today! Jose offered to provide me with headphones, a blanket and a neck rest to assist in my comfort throughout the duration of the treatment. When I mentioned to him that I forgot to take painkillers before leaving my house, he quickly brought some in with water. He checked in on me often to ensure my comfort needs were met and communicated with me every step of the way. After the treatment, he provided me with comfort gel to alleviate/reduce my teeth sensitivity. He made me feel really comfortable. Jose has excellent work ethic and is deliberate about providing the highest level of patient care. He is a true professional! Please do not hesitate to schedule your teeth whitening appointment!

Had a lot of work to do on my teeth and they made it as painless, easy, and as funny as possible! They named my tooth the wonder tooth, due to the five roots in my molar lol. Would definitely recommend this dentist for any needs.

Kim did an awesome job with my cleaning and used practical examples to explain everything. Dr Chavez was so nice and explained everything he saw and why it did or didn't need addressed further. Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful and just really pleasant to talk to. They got me into a spot that opened up last minute happily and were ready and waiting for me when i walked in. I will be back for my next appointment, and my hubby will be calling to make his too!

I was charged a $65 copay and then at what felt like the end of my cleaning, the hygienist said that I looked uncomfortable so I should come back for a deep cleaning with numbing medication instead. I was told I also had several cavities. When I returned for the deep cleaning, my tongue was numbed, if anything. This hygienist said I didn't really need a deep cleaning. She was done in about 10 minutes. Insurance only covers half a cleaning at a time, so I paid another $65 copay for this appointment and was told to return to have the other half cleaned. Switched dentists and was told my teeth look great and I am far from needing a deep clean. No cavities. This place is obviously just in it for the money.

Dr. Chavaez a a very good dentist who walks you through everything, let's you know what you're going to be feeling, and most of all there is no pain. He is a master of not only his craftsmanship, but has the pain meter to a zero if not below it. His staff is very professional and friendly like family. I highly recommend Chavez Family Dental to all my family, friends, and co-workers. Good to know I now have a life long dentist!
