Staff is very professional and go out of their way to help me be comfortable. I hate going to the dentist even for just a cleaning but since they know that, they get the work done on me asap. No chitchat with the instruments in my mouth, task is done and I'm on my way! I love that!

Dr. Mike and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The office is beautiful and comfortable. The systems used are state of the art. Tracy was so patient and kind when I called to ask questions and make my first appointment. Helena, my Dental Hygienist, is very thorough and easy to talk to. Dr. Mike seems to be the conservative dentist I've been searching for; not over treating and doing unnecessary, costly procedures. I highly recommend Chattahoochee Valley Dental.

The best experience with a dentist that I have ever had. The office staff, the hygienist and dentist were very patient with me and very good. If you are in search of a dentist be sure to contact them.

Let me tell you this place is a life saver! I called and was able to get an emergency appointment almost right away. After I called and showed up to almost 20 other offices that claimed to do walk-in emergencies. They saved me an 800 mile trip back to my home town for service because that's where I was headed... either that or a home extraction! The staff was so sweet and caring and as gentle as they could be even though I did cry like a baby through the X-rays from the pain I was in . Even though I left in pain I also left with a new feeling of hope... If I could give an award for best customer care and service I would.... This was the absolute BEST experience I've had since moving here 2 1/2 years ago...

I feel like I'm with family anytime I go there. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. I usually see Dr. Tina because her schedule and my work schedule go hand in hand. I can't say enough good things about her. She's really cares about her patient's. Dr. Mike is also great and a very caring dentist. My hygienist Heather does a great job taking care of us and she's always pleasant. With all of the wonderful people there, my son and I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our oral health.

I had a dental emergency, and called my old dentist, only to find out he had retired suddenly due to health issues. I was heartbroken (and sad for him because he loved what he did). The office was able to get me in the next day, but they called me that morning to make sure I knew that none of the other dentists in their practice did sedation dentistry. Big problem for me, lol. Not only have I had a couple horrifying experiences (seriously, you don't want to know), I spent months in the ICU, unable to move from the neck down. So sitting in that chair, reclined, unable to move while medical stuff is being done, makes my PTSD worse--my heart starts racing, I get flashbacks, it's awful. Luckily, they gave me the number for Dr. Tina and her husband. I called, spoke to such a sweet, understanding young woman, and was scheduled for several days later. Being a new patient, I was just happy to get in to see someone within the month. Then, she calls me back about an hour later and says, "we had a cancelation and I know that abscessed tooth is painful, would you be able to come right now?" Needless to say, I booked it there! Everything from the beautiful, calming decor, to the coffee bar, to the incredibly hospitable staff, put me immediately at ease. I'm embarrassed by my teeth. Some, top nine, right in the front, are brilliant white caps. The bottom is something out of a B grade horror flick. Instead of shaming me, or making assumptions about my dental hygiene (I have Lupus and Sjogren's, the latter makes me more vulnerable to cavities) Dr. Tina said how beautiful my caps are. She was kind, incredibly helpful, thorough (gave me information to ask my eye doctor and GP), and without me needing to ask she wrote prescriptions that I desperately need between now and my consult with the oral surgeon I ended up being referred to for part of my bad tooth. I was sad that my previous dentist retired, but now I've found the perfect dentist for me and my two little boys. The reviews that mention how sweet the entire staff is, are absolutely telling the truth. Now I don't have to dread procedures. And my kiddos are gonna love everyone there. Side note, I'm a cash pay patient. I could go to the dentist in my medicaid plan, but there is no question, this practice is worth every dime, and I'll be referring people just to refer them. I couldn't care less about any referral bonuses or points. I simply want everyone to have as pleasant an experience as I've had the pleasure of enjoying. Don't look anywhere else. This is the practice that will put you first.

They will quote you one price over the phone and then towards the end of your visit it will be another price. Dr. Mike happened to be very unprofessional with me!
