Dr. Barnes received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, minoring in Religion, from the University of Georgia in 2009. He then attended Georgia Regents University in Augusta, GA where he received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree in 2013. He went on to receive an Advanced Education of General Dentistry Certificate from University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2014 and then his Orthodontic Certificate from Augusta University, Augusta, GA in 2016.

He has a wife named Stephanie and enjoys traveling with family, going to the lake and attempting water sports. He loves sports of all kinds, but is a big fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, and Indianapolis Colts.

I was pleased they were very thorough and made sure all my questions were answered to my understanding. I asked questions that may have seem weird to ask.... but I was always told the only dumb questions are the ones not asked! I can't wait to return. I'm confident that they will take care of my child! Get her back smiling again!

They make this so easy! My son is new at this office and it's so nice. From the doctor to everyone who works there. Texts reminding you of appointments and covid safe guidelines....glad we chose this office!

The dentist and the staff are all very respectful and punctual. Follow up appointments and scheduling are made very easy and the automated reminders are very helpful. I had had very positive experience over the past three years.

The experience was top notch! From the first meeting to the last appointment, we were pleased every step of the way. They even went out of their way during COVID to get our son his Invisalign trays to us. Not over priced and amazing service! You will be happy that you choose this ortho!

I couldn't recommend Dr. Barnes enough to families looking to start their orthodontic adventure. His patience and understanding is unmatched in my opinion. My son's sensory sensitivities were considered and he provided top notch care in the process. The staff there is amazing! We always got worked in when we needed it and helpful with insurance payment hiccups. Chattahoochee Family Orthodontics is simply the best!

I came here on the recommendations of our kids dentist looking for help. They were very nice and I liked them a lot. Unfortunately, I was there with my nieces who have been abandoned and have limited income. I was encouraged to have the one teen who had near perfect teeth to have 4 grand in dental work before they would do anything to help her. The other niece was blown off for 6 months and she needed the most help. This is a place for parents who have money not for those who need immediate help
