Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Staff was rude. Waited over 45 minutes. Office manager lied about insurance coverage. Office was dirty and disorganized. Scheduled cleaning was not performed. Aggressive upsell tactics. .

I've been going to Chatsworth Dentistry for a couple years now and they've taken good care of me. The staff is friendly and my dentist, Joseph Hanna, is very amicable and good at making you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Avoid this place at all cost. They are under staffed and stressed. They schedule you at a certain time and you won't be seen until an hour after that. The ladies at the front desk are rude and impatient. I'll take my business somewhere else.

This office is without exception one of the best staff I have EVER had the pleasure of working with for my dental care!! Starting with my interaction with Jody who assisted me with establishing a new patient consultation and then the dental assistant Erica who's gentle and patient, and Rebecca who worked the numbers to ensure I had the best financial plan possible. My visit was great right from the beginning! I called to make a new appointment and Leslie got me right in the next day. She let me know about the check in process I can do right from my phone before my appointment, and when I came in I was seen right away! I am so impressed with their state of the art office. With the previous franchise owners, everything was great. I've referred several friends and family to this office and all has been well. However, with Dr Hanna now in charge, things have gone downhill. They don't stand by their work, they say one thing and then turn around and say another, never received calls back despite being told twice they'd look into an issue and get back to me, waited forever in the waiting room, he had an arrogant and condescending manner with me AND they didn't even floss my teeth during the cleaning!! I will never give this place a dime again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this dentist, i feel so fortunate to have found him. Patient, gentle, considerate, very concerned about my comfort, and doesn't try to sell me on anything. Listens to me, i mean really listens. had a crown done a few years ago and 4 more this year, beautiful work. Staff friendly and professional, all around great experience.... for a dentist :-)
