Worst experience ever This dentist office needs to be shut down!!! The dentist is very unprofessional & rude!!! I would never visit this establishment again I left there in worst pain then I was when I arrived

Staff was very rude, when I called and ask for receipts from not even a year ago. The staff told me you received a receipt at the time of the visit, as if things don't get misplaced. While they are being so rude the receipts are so the dentist gets paid.

I'm very disappointed in my experience here, especially after telling my daughter not to judge a book by its cover. Our appointment for an ortho was at 10 a.m. We communicated the why behind our need. After filling out registration papers, we were ushered back 30 minutes after the start of our appointment. My daughter was taken back for X-rays. Five minutes later the Doctor/Dentist came in to inform me we'd be charged for the visit but he was pursuing "new business ventures" and will not be taking any new cases. So after billing my insurance for a new visit and X-rays this business referred us out. Instead of telling us up front no new ortho cases will be taken, before billing our insurance, they unprofessionally responded the doctor didn't communicate with them. I will follow up with my insurance company to dispute the claims but I would never recommend this place for anyone.

I highly recommended Chatham dental for your dental needs. Everyone is very professional and Dr. Orrington is beyond awesome. I had a tooth extracted and I didn't even know he extracted it until he told me it was out. It was totally painless. I just found my new dentist and will be coming here from here on out for all my dental needs. Thanks you staff and Dr. Orrington. Five stars plus!!!!

Had my wisdom tooth extracted today. It less than 5mins. The doctor numbed me up. Once it kicked he pulled the tooth and I was on my way.

Absolutely the rudest staff you would ever want to do any kind of business with. They believe NOT answering questions and using the statement, "you talking, ill wait til you done" is the way to conduct professionalism. The receptionist is just as rude as the actual Dr. himself. They do not care to listen to understand , they just repeat themselves to clients in disrespectful manner even if there is explanation needed for clarity. The Dr will tell you one thing and unknowingly will tell the receptionist another. I felt like they just running people insurance for business, but have no desire to actual help people. I was given the choice of two diff options. And was once told after my decision was made the Dr basically refused to do future service. The receptionist is simply there for a check and that shows in her face and her demeanor towards the clients. This was easily thee WORST clinic visit by far simply because of the lack of professionalism and level of rudeness. The Dr. needs to lead by example first and then hire a receptionist that actual like being a dental assistant and working with people.

Don't recommend i went in thinking I was gone get my tooth replaced or at least some details on what I can do It's $50 just to get seen then Paid $160 just for a X-ray (I did not need & can not use at any other dentist)for a tooth was already damaged he barely recommended or said anything just referred me to another place knowing he don't fix or replace teeth I was in there literally for 30 minutes & that's it. Then the referral don't go towards service nor does it help the next dentist total rip-off

Horrible service, I hate it I will never come back here. They already had the prescriptions laying on the counter before the dentist even came into the room. Unless he has to pull teeth he will refer you to a specialist. I do think there is malpractice going on here. He just wants to collect the insurance money. If I could give a ZERO I would.
