I have worked at Chateaux Dental since 2013 which was my second go around because I could not stay away. I like helping patients with any insurance problems they may have. I strive to help aid in comforting them. I have made some lifelong friendships with my co-workers which I will treasure forever. My philosophy is to offer the best dental care with extraordinary service in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
I went to dental assisting school straight out of high school, so I have been doing this for a long, long time. After taking some time off to raise my 2 boys I went back this time at the front desk and I have never left that position. I have 2 boys, Jason and Ryan, that of which I have three grandchildren. They keep me very busy with all the activities they are involved in.
Mayra joined Chateaux September of 2006 as a high school intern and then became an assistant. In 2014, she graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a bachelors in Business Administration which led her to move to the front office. Creating relationships with patients is important to her while being caring, compassionate, and educating. She is fluent in Spanish and loves to play soccer.
I have worked at Chateaux Dental since October 2018. I have been in the dental field for over 20 years. I started as a Dental Assistant, now working at the front desk for several years. I love helping patients with their needs and concerns. Here at Chateaux Dental, treatment is provided in a warm, welcoming and compassionate environment by the Doctors and staff who really care about their patients. I love spending time with my children, grandchildren and family. I also enjoy gardening and traveling.
Ive been employed at Chateaux Dental since 2015. One of the many reasons why I like working here is we strive for excellence and provide a warm and positive atmosphere for all patients. Most of all we are like a family, one I am proud to be a part of. I am in the dental field because of my mom, Dr. Bottoms. She worked very hard to accomplish her dreams of becoming a dentist. She would come home from work so happy from treating her patients and giving them the smile, they dreamed and that really inspired me. I used to tell her I wanted to be a royal surgeon instead of an oral surgeon and ever since then I just persevered to be in the dental field and follow my moms footsteps. My patient care philosophy is to have good communication as well as a personal relationship with each and every patient. I want to make their experience as uplifting and comfortable as I can.
A little more about me is that I am very family oriented. I also have two jobs and honestly, I would have to say my second job is the most difficult but most rewarding. I am a mom to two girls. They definitely keep me on my toes.
Chateaux Dental is an enjoyable place to come to work. I really enjoy my coworkers and have some of the greatest patients! My patients are really what make my day fun and challenging. I love providing quality healthcare to patients, and educating them on the best dental practices. I hope I create a comfortable environment so they can ask any questions or voice any concerns they may have. I strive to make it so my patients want to come back regularly! On my free time I enjoy photography and spending time with my kids and husband.
In 2015, I completed an Associates of Applied Science in dental hygiene and was awarded with a certificate in clinical excellence from CDHA (Colorado Dental Hygiene Association). My husband and I have an English bulldog named Hercules. My interests include spending time with our dog, and shopping. I look forward to meeting and collaborating with you to offer the best dental hygiene care with outstanding customer service.
I have been a dental hygienist for 13 years and have been at Chateaux Dental since 2017. I am a Colorado native who grew up in Lafayette. I became interested in dental hygiene when I was five years old and had the best dentist office who always created an awesome experience and I just knew I wanted to do the same and become a dental hygienist. I love getting to know my patients and treating their individual needs. I want them to leave having clean teeth but also feeling like we took the time to get to know their needs and what is important to them. When I am not at Chateaux, I am busy with my family. I am married to my high school sweetheart and have two girls and a dog that keep us busy. We enjoy all things outdoors and everything Colorado has to offer. I also enjoy doing CrossFit and staying active to keep up with my family.

Dr. Bottoms and her team (Shay(sp?)) were able to get me in the day I called them, dealt with me after normal business hours, stayed over night to build my crown, and got me back in to seat it the next day.

Dr Bottoms and company are the absolute best at what they do. My family and I have been going to this dentistry for several years now and every visit has been A+ service. Chateaux Dental is doing their best to keep everyone safe during COVID 19. When arriving you will need to text the number at the door with your name so they know you have arrived. This is part of the process they have in place for check in. All of the couches in the waiting room are roped off. This is something to keep in mind when you enter the office.

I've been a patient at Chateaux for over 10 years. I've seen Dr. Bottoms, Dr. Lee, and Dr. John and they are both knowledgeable, professional, and kind. What I like best is their approach to treatment. I have never felt pushed or pressured into treatment. In fact, they often suggest the least invasive & most cost effective option first. For example, at a recent exam, I asked the doctor about a mouth guard for sleep. He suggested I try a $15 OTC guard first to see if I could tolerate it instead of spending more money right away. I appreciate their honesty and openness.

I Am Proud To Say I Have Found My Permanent Dental Office! The customer service from the front office to the back was astounding! It is obvious that this office has astonishing doctors and management, the team at the Chateaux really does their best to make you feel comfortable and welcomed, and i believe that is very important anywhere you go! Other places ive gone to always tried to give me unnecessary work or get me to sign unnecessary paperwork that wasn't explained to me when i asked for clarification. At the Chateaux all of my concerns were heard, i was educated to help me understand what i really needed and what future work may be done, it definitely helped me to plan for future appointments. Getting dental work isn't the funnest but coming to the Chateaux makes me look forward to my next dental appointment and not a lot of people can say that! I have honestly found my dental office and it makes me so happy!! I Highly recommend Chateaus Family and Cosmetic Dentistry!!!!

Amazing customer service. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The wonderful front desk ladies answered all of my questions. Since I am new, all of my disclosures we're read to me and actually made sense. The ladies that were working on my teeth and Dr. Lee were awesome! You can tell they all have a great relationship and work as a team to make sure I felt comfortable. I didn't have the pleasure to meet Dr. Bottoms when I was in, but when I do I can't wait to let her know the team and environment she has created is the best!

I've been coming here for several years now, and am so happy with the care I get each time. I highly recommend coming here. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is the best. My last appointment I got whitening and it was shocking how good it was!

I was a patient of Dr. Bottoms in 07 . She had given me a couple of crowns on teeth she said would one day need it. ( so basically unnecessary crowns) I have had problems with my bite for years to the point that I have needed physical therapy for the pain in my jaw that it has caused when I bite on that side. She had tried and tried to correct it and I finally gave up and went to another dentist. ( who I love by the way) Anyway today as I was flossing, that crown popped off. In a way I am thankful because I am hoping that my new dentist will be able to properly fix it once and for all. So if she is suggesting a crown, please get a second opinion.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Bottoms for the past 5 years. My children love to go to the dentist because everytime they do they have a great experience, even when one had to have a cavity filled. My husband does not have trust in dentist but once he met Dr Bottoms he was much better about getting needed work done and won't go to anyone else. I have seen all three Doctors and they all are fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone and we make a hour drive because of this.

Wow! What a great experience, it did take me a couple of weeks to see Dr.Bottoms BUT it was well worth the wait. Clean office , friendly staff and Dr. Bottoms was gentle and very knowledgeable! I had an implant placed and it was flawless and painless. Thank you Chateaux I found a home in you.

My daughter chipped her front tooth this past Sunday. I called Dr Bottoms and her response was immediate, she instructed me to head straight to the office and she would meet me there. Great respect for Dr Brandi!
