This place is the worse. I went a couple of years ago. Dr chase was telling me how I wasn't taking care of my teeth. When I actually was. Arguing with me over it. Tried telling him I hadn't been to a dentist in 7 years, had 2 pregnancies, and being on seizure meds. All of which can cause dental problems. He told me I needed a root canal, so I got a second opinion. The other dr said it would be a waste of time, and money to get that done. His office is way out of date.. Chase has no clue what he is doing. I refuse to ever go back. And tell anyone looking to go to him, beware.

Absolutely the best dentist office. My kids dentist always explains everything. And make me feel comfortable if I have any questions. The front desk staff and techs are always so nice as well.

His staff was very complicated and rude. And just because they couldn't help with with the services I needed I politely said that's fine just cancle the appointment for me and I'll go somewhere else that can do what I need done. And she hung up in my face. The girl in the office with the tattoos on her ar.. not sure of her name. But so very rude. Ahe shouldn't have her job the way she talks to patients on the phone. Dr chase is very nice but needs new front desk receptionists.

Chase Denistry is horrible. The Dentist is really unknowledgable. He discriminates against medicaid patients and local methadone patients as well. My fiancee was basically told after stating he was on methadone, that methadone wouldn't cause the type of damage he had to his teeth, it had to be hard drugs. Except, my fiancee had one tooth worked on, dental xrays taken, cleanings, all documented two months prior to starting methadone. He had no other issues beside one tooth. Two years of methadone, and he has teeth falling off. Methadone itself does not cause tooth decay or loss, but a WELL KNOWN side effect is dry mouth. If the dentist would have actually educated himself, he possibly could have given helpful tips like using a toothpaste or mouth wash for those with dry mouth as a side effect for prescribed medications. Since dry mouth associated with methadone can actually appear as "meth mouth" despite one never using meth or any street drugs. Nope, just prescribed pharmaceuticals for my fiancee's chronic back issues. I had medicaid when I went and he basically told me to pick one issue from my three to get done. I get its billing, but the way he was acting and the tone of it was condescending. Pretty sure he missed an impacted wisdom tooth on my right side unless that appeared overnight. There was an entire month after my fiancee had finished his antibiotics and was scheduled for an emergency extraction, they werent taking his Marylands Physcians Care. He kept calling because they said they would call him to make a new appointment when they fixed it, but a week went by and nothing. He gave up and just dealt with the pain. Number never changed, but yet they NEVER called to reschedule. Happy he and I now have actual dental with an actual professional dentist. And a seperate pediatric dentist for my kids they LOVE. I agree, the place is outdated as another reviewer said. My childrens dentist has flat screens on the ceiling and open rooms. This place was really stuffy and the staff were horrible with my two kids too come to think of it.

Have you ever been to Historic Dt Mary's City and wondered how to keep the colonial days vibe going? Look no further than this shack. Think no anesthetic is a thing if the past? Wrong! Think "doctors" who go on rants regarding race relations and crassly discuss finances are inappropriate? Not here! Come on down - it'll be an experience you never forget.

Great dentist with excellent skills. Sometimes you have to wait since he is sole proprietor but I recommend his practice.
