Dr Mark Medlin and the his Dental Assistants at Charter Oak Cosmetic & Family Dentistry are Phenomenal. Very professional, patient and knowledgeable. They explained my procedure each step of the way and made my all visits cheerful, calm & relaxed. Another success & Great experience. Fantastic Dentist & Amazing Staff.

Such a great experience today. I was dreading my cleaning because my teeth are sore from grinding. Jennifer offered to use a numbing spray and it worked great! She even went back and hit a few areas that needed a little extra attention. My teeth look great and it was a pleasant experience!!

From the moment I walked into the door and was greeted by a friendly front desk staff, I knew this was an above average dentist office. I especially appreciate the thorough job Jennifer did cleaning my teeth, as well as giving me recommendations for treatment. I could tell the staff had a postive relationship with Dr Medlin as well. I doubt many people say they're looking forward to their next dentist appointment - but I am. Great job Charter Oak!

Unexpected issue with breaking my front tooth over the weekend. I called the emergency number, hoping to get in 1st thing Monday morning and by 1pm on Monday I was fixed up better than before. I am so grateful for the great service and wonderful atmosphere at the office. The whole teams is great to work with and make the "dental visit" t pleasurable.

Really a heartbreaking experience for me.. I went to this place for a crown and i came out of there with a permanently numb tongue.. Since he froze me i can't taste anything anymore.. When I went back to see him he told me he didn't know if it was going to come back maybe yes maybe not! And that's all!! He left.. I never had a call from his office for a follow up or to ask if i was better or to suggest anything to help me with this problem! No empathy.. Who is going to have a crown in and leaves the dentist unable to taste anything at all.. I have been to another place and they took good care of me gave me medicine (still not working) call me regularly to find out if it is changing and suggests that I go see a specialist if it doesn't get better.. Dr Medlin never did ANYTHING to support me...

Staff was very friendly. Dr Medlin did a great job with my crown and fillings. Nice to be able to get a crown in one visit. Time will tell on the durability.i would highly recommend.

Friendly atmosphere, professional and knowledgeable dentist and staff and state-of-the-art equipment. All combined to help reduce anxiety, pain, time in the chair and repeat visits. They're wonderful!!
