Dr. Michael Schultzs education began at the University of Maryland. Following undergraduate studies, he attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey for his dental studies in 2001, where he was invited to join the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. He went on to complete his residency at the Staten Island University Hospital in 2002. Dr. Schultz became certified in Invisalign in 2008.
Dr. Schultz is a sports fanatic and enjoys going to Yankees and N.J. Devils games. He contributes to numerous charitable causes, including Dentistry From The Heart, providing free dental work for under-privileged families since 2007.
Dr. Laura Castro received her undergraduate degree from New York University. She then continued on to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where she received her dental degree in 1996. Upon receiving her degree, she completed a one year general practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center before going out into private practice.
Dr. Castro prides herself in being a caring practitioner with a gentle touch, as she understands your dental fears. When not at work, she enjoys volunteering at her childrens school and aiding her husband who is involved in coaching sports, scouting and the VFW.
Dr. Silvestri received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in New York. Upon completion of her dental residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, she returned to Columbia University School for her post-graduate training in periodontology and received a specialty certificate in Periodontics.
Dr. Silvestri specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of all phases of periodontal disease. She is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the Northeastern Society of Periodontology.

Friendly, warm environment. Returning patient after living away for some years, and happy to be back! Lyndsie and Dr. Castro took care of me and they were wonderful. Really welcoming front staff too!

I absolutely love this place. I brought my daughter there once at an early age and they patiently handled her and said we don't want her to have a bad experience let's wait until she's ready. This year I brought her back and wow from Vanessa at the front desk to Lahisa the hygienist and the Dentist all were incredible and accommodating. I live in Pennsylvania and will not go anywhere else!! I have no problem taking the ride to continue our care here.

Best dentist Dr Castro and staff and Dental hygienist Laura. Awesome kind and so grateful to go here travel from Warren cty but it's well worth it. They go the extra mile for my smile.

Andrea is the best at cleaning. I really enjoy my cleanings because she never hurts me and is very thorough. Also, Stephanie at the front desk is amazing and super helpful when it comes to dealing with insurance. Great job ladies!
