Not as good as it use to be. The front desk is not pleasant. I have to wait a month to have my son come in because I missed 4 appts in 16 years. My daughter needs extensive work done which is scheduled for a swrgeon.surgeon.. in-between that I've asked to come in because of cavities or her swallowing a cap and I was told "no your daughter is too much of a prob" seriously considering switching dentists. If I call to have my child come in you don't say we'll I have sooner appts but because you missed some you gotta wait a mth to schedule. And if you don't want to pay that 400 for THEM to do your kids sergery they refer u to a "student" school that your child is a guinea pig for. Called insurance they are confused about the 400. Sounds like a scam of some sort. If you take my children's insurance I shouldn't have to pay more for sergery.. PERIOD

We love the hygenists and Dr. Suh! Our favorite is Miss Kelly but all of the staff are friendly and encouraging. My daughter was very apprehensive but with each visit she has become more open to letting the staff check her and now it isn't a fight anymore!

Dr. Suh and her staff are amazing! Her bed side manner really makes my daughter comfortable. charm is very clean and we felt safe during our recent visit. We've been coming here for years and it's always a good experience. We highly recommend.

I brought in my two boys a few weeks back and the staff was amazing. Would recommend for any new families moving into the Blue Bell area.

I'd like to primarily point out their front desk manager with the name something similar to Kristie doesn't manage well. And you might think the front desk doesn't matter, you're going for the dentist, but the front office is always the people you speak to when making appointments and handling the financials of your kids care, so I find every aspect of the office to be important. This office was my kids primary facility for a few years, even though my son did need urgent services done at a different facility because it was something Charm weren't able to help us with there. She'll call patients and tell them they're due for visits to make appointments without checking the insurance plan after knowing my child had urgent services done recently at another facility, tell me there's no copay, or give me the wrong copay. I'd bring them to appointments and ask if there's a copay and she'd say no and let us leave. She'd then tell me 6+ months later there was a copay, a service wasn't due yet at the time of my appointment that she called me to come in for, etc and request payment. Trusting that she knew what she's talking about we'd schedule the appointment, pay for co-pays, pay for co-pays again, etc. This happened at least 3 seperate times for me. By then I asked her why doesn't she clear it with the insurance plan before all these errors and mistakes, she says she does thousands of claims and she doesn't have time to check in the insurance plan to see if we're actually due. Wow. Seems like we're inconveniencing Kristie. She's a poor manager. I told her that. I then left their facility to Doc Bressler where during signing my kids up they checked the insurance plan and told me when things were due prior to trying to schedule my children for anything without me even asking. I guess Charm doesn't require their manager to manage anything.

Do not see Dr. Hunt unless you want him pushing caps over fillings. My oldest daughter was told she needed a cap in her smile line, I had a second opinion without mentioning the cap plan of Dr. Hunt and Building Blocks wanted to do a filling for that tooth. My five year old had to wait months for an appointment, they have low tolerance for younger children, he speaks condescendingly to her and pushes laughing gas. I had to wait months for her to get two cavities filled and he said one will have to be a cap, I insisted we try the filling as planned and if it doesn't work, I will pay for a cap, he did the filling and after drilling said that it looks like the filling will be good. I had no plans to wait another few months for a second opinion and was glad he tried the filling but was reluctant to try it, then I am told that they had a meeting and my family has been dismissed from the practice. The only reason we came back after the successful second opinion years ago was because the better dentist, Building Blocks Dental no longer accepted our dental plan. I will gladly go somewhere better after they dismissed my family for me trying to get the proper treatment for my children. The only person that kept me satisfied with their service was Dr. Suh who was good with kids, but there are not always guarantees with who you see.

I've been taking my two kids to Charm for years. The care has been top notch and they do full service including Ortho. If you're like me and look for quality, this place is it.

Thanks to the amazing staff, hygienists, Dr Suh and Dr Hunt at Charm for always going above and beyond to make our appointments quick and painless. My kids love it here so much that they actually get excited for their appointments! The staff makes every effort to make my kids comfortable. I would 100% recommend Charm to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist that is thorough, experienced and great with kids!

I have had the pleasure of getting my teeth cleaned by Dr. Suh my entire life and I always come out of my appointments with the cleanest feeling in my mouth. I would highly recommend Charm to anyone who is seeking exceptional dental care for their children and a fantastic, professional staff to match.

Nothing but amazing. Dr. Hunt and his staff have been nothing short but spectacular. I brought my three year old daughter in who has immense dental anxiety, and could feel how calm she felt when Doctor. Hunt and the staff guided her step by step for her cleaning and OR examinations. The staff itself does an amazing job of making everyone feel safe, even with COVID going on. I could not have asked for anything else and just wanted to share with everyone how great of an office this is. 10/10

The whole staff here is amazing! My children don't mind coming here to get their dental work which is huge. Everyone is so nice and they really calm any anxiety my kids have.

One of the worst dentistry in the Blue Bell, PA Area run by a bunch of non-english speaking, un-professional characters. We were stuck in traffiic near their office and called them to notify that we shall be late by a min but they could not wait!!! Total Nonsense. Dont waste your time going there.
