Dr. Bansal is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what's going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. The staff is extremely friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. Thanks to the entire team.

Clearly one of the best Dental experiences I've ever witness. I have two girls 7 & 5 yr old. Their great with kids! It's truly a family comfort atmosphere. From Sarah in the front, to Mia the Manager who always reach out to me personally. Can't forget about Dr. Bansal. She's awesome. The lady is super detailed. Her assistant's make sure you're comfortable as well. You won't be disappointed. I drive from Katy, just to go this office.

I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed and it was a great experience. I was seen quickly and the extraction was done as painlessly as possible. Dr. B and Lilian were very careful throughout the procedure and the clinic was able to accommodate my schedule by seeing me on Saturday!

The best dental experience ever. After having bad experiences at previous dental offices I have to say Charm Dental is heaven sent. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed by Mia's bubbly personality. The dental assistants are just as welcoming and make my feel comfortable. They are very attentive and continuously check to see if you are ok. Dr Bansal is amazing. She is very thorough in explaining the procedure and shows a lot of care. My fear with dentist was the pain and that fear has been taken away at Charm Dental. Dr Bansal prioritizes you have a pain free experience. I highly you book an appt. You won't regret it.

Amazing customer service from the entire staff. Dr. Bansal has been guiding me through my Invisalign journey since January and I'm very pleased with the progress. All my appointments are quick and efficient and I genuinely enjoy being welcomed by the entire staff when I walk in. 11/10 :)
