Horrible place! Don't go here! This place traumatized, my two daughters, the head, dentist, George Kreisheh is responsible for this situation. Firstly I wasn't allowed to sit with my minor daughter, while she was having her cleaning additionally, my oldest felt very neglected by Dr. George and treated her very aggressively during her cleaning. Both my children felt so uncomfortable during their time and left very unhappy. We are never coming back here!!!

Great service and there are really good at what they do because I had a root canal done and I felt no pain whatsoever after they were done.

Dr. George Kreisheh is a phenomenal dentist. He fit me in last minute for an acute dental need and performed the procedure with solid clinical acumen, compassion, empathy and phenomenal patient care. His facility is state of the art with cutting edge technology. I don't recommend this dentist to anyone. My child was treated very unfairly here, and I'm never taking my kids back again. The very first visit Dr.Kreshneh suggested that I take my son to a special needs dentist, he had no patience with him. My son is Autistic and was not that cooperative with letting them get a X-ray but I felt that the suggestion made was not only rude but very unprofessional, it was our first time there. The second time I took my son there ,they kept him waiting for 25 minutes in the back before he was seen, and then took another patient before him the doctor called himself cleaning my sons teeth , it was only 5 minutes his whole demeanor showed he didn't want to work with my son and then he told me my son had a cavity and would have to get a root canal and that they can't do it there because of my sons condition, and that they did not have anesthesia equipment, but that was a total lie because a patient in the other room that they took before my son was there to get her teeth extracted. The last time I checked Autism was not a condition. The worst experience ever. I have never been so humiliated in my life.

Being someone that was born and raised in an other country and dealt with dentists there you come with a certain idea about what to expect when visiting a dentist in the US. Fair to say my previous experiences weren't the best but let me tell you. Dr Kreisheh is the one, this is an honest , hard working and perfectionist doctor. You can sense he loves his job and is happy to help people get the smile they always dreamed of. I'm so happy to be able to be their patient. The staff is very friendly and professional and I wish them all the success there is

My nephew recommended this office, I am so glad he did, I've had not so good experiences at other places that I became hesitant about going back to any dentist I know that I do need dental health care to have overall better health Thank you Charm City Smiles for providing professional personable caring service to your customers. and community

Dr. Kreisheh is the ONLY dentist I will go to for as long as I can. Not only is he amazing, the staff is always pleasant and welcoming. I love not having to go to multiple people for a root canal as I had to do in the past. He took care of everything. My crown is absolutely gorgeous and matches the rest of my teeth like you would never even know. I can't recommend Charm City Smiles enough.

Before coming to Charm City Smiles, I haven't visited the dentist in quite a few years. Everyone there was incredibly welcoming and never made me feel ashamed for taking such a long hiatus. The staff is incredible and Dr. Kreisheh is amazing. Definitely a great place to check out if you're in need of a dentist.

I recently had to switch to a new dentist and gave Charm City Smiles a try based on the high reviews here. I am glad to say I was not disappointed. All of the staff, including Dr. Kreisheh, are warm and welcoming. The cleaning went by quickly, and Dr. Kreisheh was very attentive to my concerns as well as asking pertinent questions about my dental history. I'm happy to have found a new dentist that cares about the quality of the service they provide from the moment you walk in, to when you are leaving. Highly recommended!

The only reason I found out about this place is cause my 15 yr old front tooth crown fell out while biting into a sandwich and they were the first place listed in my insurance network. I've never liked a single dentist I've been to an avoided going for yrs knowing I had too many issues I ddnt want to address. I only had intended on fixing my front tooth when I went but here 7mos later I'm relieved to report step by step Dr. Kreisheh has painlessly fixed just about everything and actually going to the dentist isn't bad at all. I absolutely love his staff and feel very welcomed everytime i come in. His rates are really reasonable compared to other places and he was even able to remove a molar, no problem, that another dentist told me I would have to go to see an oral surgeon to get out. Hands down best dentist/office I've ever been to!!

I am one of those people that stray away from going to the dentist. Prior to seeing Dr. Kreisheh, I hadn't gone in about 10 years. Not once did he make me feel bad about that. He even continually checked to make sure I was doing ok throughout my cleaning. My appointment was at 4:30; I was seen within minutes and out the door by 5:05. Every staff member from receptionist to dental assistant were so kind and friendly. I would have gone back to the dentist long ago if I had come across a practice like his! Very thankful for all the staff there and will definitely be back (...in 6 months - not 10 years ;))!

Upon looking for a dentist offices, I chose this location based on the reviews and decided to check it out and see for myself. During my experience, the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is very calm. The cleanliness of this location is an A+ for me! There's also a screen that displays very beautiful sceneries which help calm any nerves . I found the chair very comfortable when having my procedures done. Overall 10/10! I would come again and also recommend those reading this to come check it out for yourselves. Thank you to everyone at this location for enhancing my smile! see you all soon.

The office staff and Dr. Kreisheh are professional, kind, and great at what they do! I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and the decision to make my first appointment during this pandemic was not something I took lightly. I've stayed isolated this whole time so I was kind of scared. I told myself I'd turn around and leave if I felt iffy about it, but I felt very safe during my entire visit. I could tell they're taking every precaution, and I definitely appreciated it. It did feel weird as hell taking my mask off around people through, I felt rude lol Luckily I didn't have any major dental issues to address, but I had a cleaning and my teeth are happy. I'm looking forward to seeing them again in six months!

I was recommended to Dr. Kriesheh by a friend to have my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Kriesheh did an excellent job of explaining to procedure to me, the length of the healing process, informed me of the price days before the procedure, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I fully recommend Dr. Kriesheh to anyone looking for a dentist and I will going back to him in the future.

Dr. Kreisheh is a great dentist. I went at the beginning of the pandemic for a filling issue. He is very thorough and takes his time to get things right. He helped with some old fillings and my smile looks so much better because he fixed the staining on my teeth. The office takes Covid protocols seriously and I have felt safe going to the dentist during the pandemic. I would highly recommend Charm City Smiles.

Dr. Kreisheh and his office staff (especially Pat) have been great to deal with. Very professional and accommodating with my appointment times. After having more then one bad experience at another dentist I decided to give Charm City a call to see if they could help when one of my front teeth cracked. It happened after having a root canal done by a another dentist (not in connection with Dr Kreisheh). Dr. Kreisheh was able to see me quickly and assess my situation. He was very kind and made some suggestions that made a lot of sense to me. He and his staff took the time to explain the options I had and. A few appointments later and I have a entire new smile :) I am happy to say he is my new dentist now. My wife and children are now his patients as well. Also want to mention that they have a very clean office and take sanitation seriously. That is also appreciated and necessary during these difficult times. If you have questions give them a ring. They will be helpful. Thank you
