We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Dr. Collins has been my dentist since 2003. He's fair, upfront and will NOT recommend services unless they are needed. I trust him and my teeth are incredible.

Rude and impersonal, I felt highly pressured to get work done that was outside my insurance coverage but wasn't told that. Their billing is absolutely incompetent and cant even consistently tell our insurance what they have charged. and on top of all that, after ive had this work done, ive had the worst mouth pain of my life for 3 weeks. I wouldn't send my worst enemies here. Update: went to a new dentist, and they informed me that I had a dead tooth and needed a root canal, while they can't confirm 100%, their suspicion is that during my unnecessary procedure at CCD they drilled too deep and killed the nerve.

I've been a patient for about 3 years now and this is the best dental care I have ever received. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. 2022 update: They are still the best!

I've been going to Charm City Dental for 4 years now. You can't beat the location, I often walk to my appointments. I did have to wait a bit to schedule a routine cleaning recently due to COVID limitations on their appointments and staffing. Dr. Collins cleaned and assessed my teeth personally, felt like the royal treatment. He was very thorough in his explanation of how my teeth were doing and made me feel very well taken care of, especially considering it was just him and one assistant in the office. Very happy with my experiences at this dentist and will continue to go to them! Definitely recommend if you're looking for some place local!

Been a long time patient. Very happy with the care I receive here. Appointments start when expected and care is provided clearly. Mostly, I've had routine stuff, but did have a more complex procedure that was also handled well and went smoothly. No issues with insurance billings.

Dr. Collins is fantastic and he has a sweet and helpful team in his office, as well. They are a bit backed-up with appointments lately due to COVID restrictions, but I went in for a (overdue) cleaning today and was highly impressed by the organization and protocol with, what seemed to be, only one assistant and Dr. Collins in the office. I was in and out in an hour and extremely happy with my cleaning. I've been coming to Charm City Dental for 5+ years now and each time I'm absolutely thrilled with the service and efficiency. I recommend Charm City Dental constantly, and will continue to do so!

I've been trying to call and reach someone to schedule an appointment for weeks and I am giving up. No one answers the phones. The portal online to make an appointment does not work. Very unprofessional.

Update: still five stars! I was hesitant to go to the dentist during Covid but they are taking all precautions with hand sanitizer, limited clientele, and wiping down everything. I felt completely safe and I thank them for their hard work! ... in and out in 25 mins (without xrays). very clean and professional. i see a different person every time but that doesn't bother me.

Nice staff, nice doctor. But the wait was simply too long. On more than one occasion I waited 45 mins+. Perhaps they should have more doctors or staff. Maybe you'll have better luck, or maybe you have more tolerance for waiting, but I just can't justify sitting in the dentist's chair for an hour waiting.

I've been going here for a few years. Don't have any complaints. The service is quick. Teeth cleaning was thorough. They pay close attention to social distancing guidelines and I felt safe. Staff are friendly.
