Sadly, my experience with this dental office was terrible. I had a wonderful dentist in Worcester for 30+ yrs who retired and I thought I would give this office a try. I was left with having to go to another dentist to fix their incompetence and pay out of pocket again. My crown fell out after 3 days and I actually had a hole in it! Doctor would not reimburse for their poor workmanship and no communication from the office. Definitely would never recommend!

From my first interaction with the front desk staff to the dental hygienist and dentist assessing and cleaning my teeth, I was more than impressed! Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. I'm happy to have made the switch to Charlton Family Dental from my prior dentist only a few miles away. The front desk agents made transitioning to this practice easy and painless. I had an appointment for an assessment and cleaning and filled out paperwork in under 10min. Upon returning for my appointment a week later they greeted me by name as I walked in - a very nice touch! The text message and email reminders are great in case I forget to add my appt to my calendar. 10/10 recommend this dental practice!

Great experience! I walked into a pleasant smelling foyer and greeted by a friendly front desk. My cleaning was very well done in the atmosphere relaxing because of Erica. Then informative consult and treatment plan made after a full exam by Dr.Khan. I couldn't be more pleased. Our whole family has scheduled to become patients.

This is the best dentist i've ever been to! The front staff if so warm and welcoming, the young man receptionist is the sweetest gentleman ever. I was taken in to my emergency appointment right away - I didn't even have to sit down! The young assistant was so professional and personable. She did a great job explaining everything and talking me through what she was doing. The doctor was amazing and I can't say enough kind words about this office! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently started coming to Charlton Family Dental after my lifelong dentist retired. The staff here are so friendly and seem to genuinely like coming to work. Dr. I is thorough and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Terrible front office. Booked an appointment months in advance as a new patient, filled out the insurance portion, never received a call stating they received my appointment, then finally, while most people *myself included* are working on a Monday morning, they call and demand the insurance information again. When I told them I couldn't get to my card until after business hours and asked if I could bring it to my appointment, they flat out refused, citing they needed time to process the insurance. Never in my life have I've been to a medical or dental appointment when you couldn't just hand the card directly to the front desk 15 minutes prior to your appointment to process it. So I never even made it in the place. Too bad as we are a family of five that would have become new patients. Guess that's why they have openings for new patients. I'd say if you are looking for a dental office to just treat you like a piece of merchandise, then this might be the place for you.

Terrible dentist, poor quality treatment, always trying to charge for ridiculous, unnecessary procedures. Do not waste you time or money.

This dental office was one of my favorite visiting. I have been to a bunch of different offices over the United States serving in the Marine Corps and settling here locally I would recommend this office if some is looking for permanent ...

Best dentist! I was terrified of the dentist because of past experiences and avoided it for a while, but they all were so patient, kind and gentle. They go the extra mile to make sure that you're taken care of and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Both my son and I went for our first visits last week. Both of us were scheduled for a cleaning. The staff was friendly, personable, and helpful. I had Ashley as my hygienist and she was the best that I have ever had. She was informative, professional, and thorough, while also pleasant to talk to. My son enjoyed his experience as well. We will see you in 6 months!

I'd give it less than one stars if I could. I have a fear of dentists and need extensive dental work and needed to find a general dentist. I didn't want to speak on the phone so contacted them through their website and they never got back to me. Been a week and nothing. You wonder how caring they really are.

So I've been with them for quite a while now. They are super nice and friendly however, the first time I went I needed to get a filling and it ended up causing more pain than fixing it. The receptionists.. Don't know how to run insurance properly. I've had to pay out of pocket for things because they couldn't figure out how to run it through my insurance. $99 out of my own pocket for a cleaning. And then I asked them to run it multiple visits within a 6 month time frame to have a credit on my account or a refund. And now the money has completely disappeared somehow. Honestly it feels like a scam. And its happened not only once to me but twice with them. They also broke hipaa. They told my mother I had a copay, and told her she needed to pay it. Told her what it was for and everything, even tho I am well over the age of 18. It doesn't matter if I was on my mother's insurance or not. Phi cannot be leaked to anyone not even a spouse. Let alone demanding payment from someone else. Receptionists need to go for some training on the laws and regulations before they get sued, also on the insurance, I understand it's confusing but you can't just let your patient suffer with co-pays that they shouldn't be paying.
