It's been years since my last trip to the dentist and I was extremely nervous to go again. Everybody at DentalPro I interacted with were professional, very friendly, and helped put me at ease. They walked me through everything they had to do and were fine with me taking a break when I needed it. I have absolutely zero complaints about my visit and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking to get dental work done. 5/5 stars!!!

Visited in Apr 2021 for normal routine cleaning. Paid $62 because as per them they did some special cleaning that was not covered by Insurance. Also suggested me filling on 4 molars. I wrote down the notes when i visit any doctor. After one year now went to another dentist in Uda University I- and he suggested me no filling is required and for normal routine cleaning nothing have to be paid, all covered by insurance. Apart from charging unnecessary there was no other issues, so giving 2 stars.

I called to make appointment And the a Lady name Meagan answered the phone and she said she couldn't hear me so I got a lil louder and she said I was rude and told me I can go somewhere else to get my teeth looked at I been going here for year's and never experienced this.

As a first time patient I was really impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Nice and clean office and they made me feel comfortable.

I loved going here until the dentist talked me into getting a cosmetic filling (to strengthen a translucent area on my front tooth). No one told me it would be on the front side of my tooth and that it couldn't be whitened. So now I hate my smile and any picture taken of me because I have a very obviously discolored front tooth. Never would have gotten the filling if I had been fully informed.

I called to book an appointment twice. Front desk hung up on me twice mid conversation the first time and the second time acted like she put me on hold and hung up. If your not excepting new patients just say that.

I don't know if going to the dentist is traumatic for you like it is for me. But if you can relate definitely make this office your go too location for your dental needs. I could tell the dentist smiling through her ask which have me a senseof comfort. She understood that I was tense. She made my tooth removals pain free. The staff was also warm, friendly and understanding. I was able to get in appointment asap. Dental Pro is the way to go.

The entire staff at Charlotte Dental Pro is so warm and inviting. They make going to the dentist easy because you know you will be treated with kindness and patience. Also watching tv while getting serviced is a plus!!!

Dr. Uceda took care of me tremendously. Even stayed after hours to make sure my root canal was perfect. Her staff and herself made sure I was comfortable. I'm usually scared of the dentist but I will be returning for anything I need in the future. Can't thank her enough!
