Patrick J. Broome, DMD, is the founder and owner of Charlotte Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. His primary focus is on improving smiles. Dr. Broome received the Fellowship award from the Advanced Credentials Committee of the ICOI, a non-profit dental implant educational organization. The ICOI is a recognized leader in implant education and credentialing, and this prestigious award is given to dentists who place implants, restore implants, and fabricate implant prostheses.
Dr. Broome has received this award due to his education and experience with placing and restoring dental implants. ICOI Fellowship credentials require extensive training in addition to passing a written and oral examination. In 2016, Dr. Broome accumulated over 700 hours in advanced dental education. 315 of those hours were focused on advanced dental implant education.

Science and Marketing from Clemson University and an MBA at Wingate University before going on to earn his dental degree at the Medical University of South Carolina. Believing that continuing education is essential to providing guests with excellent care, Dr. Broome has acquired extensive postgraduate training in programs dedicated to both cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry. Additionally, he has pursued continuing education courses in endodontics, implant dentistry, periodontal surgical techniques, conscious sedation, and Invisalignorthodontics. Dr. Broome also trains other doctors and dental staff members on topics including cosmetic dentistry, practice management, and integrating technology into a dental practice. He serves as one of the clinical instructors for the Southeast Regional Training Center for the Biolase Waterlase MD laser system as part of his commitment to ensuring dental patients everywhere receive the best care. Dr. Broome is a proud sustaining member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the North Carolina Dental Association, and The American Dental Association. We are thrilled to announce our local partner charity for 2021 Smiles for Life, The Cooper Royall Foundation. This organization is named after a little boy, Cooper, who was diagnosed with a rare disorder resulting in developmental and intellectual disabilities. The Foundation works to provide resources for those struggling with special needs equipping them for success starting in pre-school continuing though occupation development and family support/assistance.
We are honored to be a part of the Smiles For Life campaign to help raise funds for seriously ill, disabled, and underprivileged children both locally and around the world. The Smiles for Life campaign is one of the main reasons we joined the Crown Council, so were very proud to participate in this awesome endeavor. Plus, how could we not jump at the chance to serve a community that has been so good to us? And, of course the children! Its a no-brainer to help contribute to future generations!

I am SO happy with my new smile! If you are looking for the very best quality, experience, techniques and customer service then the team at Charlotte Center for Cosmetic Dentistry and Dr Broome are the right choice. I'm extremely picky and want things done perfectly. Dr Broome may be more obsessed with perfection than I am! He reviewed every minor detail throughout the entire process and was quick to have things sent back when the lab didn't produce the results that both he and I wanted. His years of experience shine through during every visit. The team at CCCD are extremely knowledgeable and make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of at every visit. If you've ever wanted to improve your smile and want it done by the very best, there is no one I would trust more than Dr Broome.

The most amazing work ever. Yesterday (December 29th), I had a tooth made (crown), in office, and completed the same day which only took 2 hours. I strongly encourage anyone that needs dental work to please contact Dr. Broome and his great staff. You will be treated with a family member environment and will have the greatest dentistry experience with no worries at all. Happy new year!

Highly recommend Charlotte Center for Cosmetic dentistry. Patrick and Laney explained all of the procedure in advance and it went exactly as they said it would. I am not one to willingly go to the dentist so for me to be completely comfortable in a chair for 6 hours is a testament to how professional and caring they are. And now I've got a perfect smile and look forward to going back in the near future! Thank you guys so much!

Hands down - no dental experience comes close. Dr. Broome and his staff have set the bar incredibly high in cosmetic and general dentistry. Dr. Broome wants the very best for his patients and won't have it any other way. Professional, warm and welcoming, comfortable (actually relaxing) the latest technology and commitment to the finest details. Makes sense that people are coming here from all over the country. Lucky that I only have to drive 30 minutes for an office visit. They're amazing!

This was the best decision I've ever made. For 27 years I hated my smile and avoided smiling in photos or laughing without my hand covering my mouth so no one could see my teeth. Dr. Broome worked his magic and I've never felt more beautiful in my life. A truly life changing procedure with perfect results. Now the only thing I have to worry about is finding a great Botox doctor to fight the wrinkles and lines I'll accumulate from smiling constantly.

If you are looking to have any cosmetic work done or are on the fence and would like to explore options-- look no further! The entire office staff, especially Julie and Laney go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and receiving white glove treatment the entire process. Julie is quick to respond to any questions and Laney took care of me the whole time from start to follow through. Dr. Broome is the most talented cosmetic dentist! He has an eye for detail and noticing things I didn't notice. He is generous with his time and is thorough in all of his work. Not to mention the patient chairs have built in massagers in them!!You will not regret coming here!

I was so pampered during my treatment session that I texted my friends afterward to tell them I felt like I'd just come from the spa! For starters, the facility, while immaculate and completely sterile from a safety perspective, was warm and inviting, with fountains, ambient lighting, and high-end decor. I was brought into a private room and settled into the chair, which was warm, soft leather that featured a full-body massage! The technician offered me a super soft, cozy blanket to wrap over me (which of course I accepted) and there was a lavender diffuser running throughout the visit. With the peaceful, zen music playing in the background, the dark out shades placed over my eyes to block out the bright procedure lights, and the deluxe neck pillow I was resting on, I literally dozed off! I thought the procedure I was there for (thanks periodontal disease) would be painful and difficult, but it was the absolute opposite. Especially after being at home with family all year during COVID, I found it an absolute treat to be there and I'm sincerely looking forward to my next dentist "spa day"!

Both Laney and Dr Broome listened intently to my concerns, my history of dental work, and gave recommendations beyond my expectations. The office was super clean and being a patient here truly felt like I was at a spa! I am so thankful for the friend who referred me and can't wait to tell all of my friends as well.

Had the best experience today! I got my teeth whitened while also donating 100% of my cost to children's charities - half to Smiles for Life, and the other half to The Cooper Royall Foundation! I think it is so wonderful that this practice donates their time to help charities! Two weeks left for the promotion! Mali did my teeth whitening today. She is the best! She was so friendly, and she explained the entire process fully! She gave me the remote to put on any show I wanted to watch while I was there, and when I asked her if I could just take a nap, she was so cute about trying not to wake me when she switched out the whitening gel! She even covered me with a comfy, cozy blanket! I didn't want to leave! I have had a number of friends come here for emergency dental work, so please consider them a great option! Also, Julie was super easy and fun to work with while getting everything scheduled! She even came in to greet me today! Love This place
