It is a joy to get to know each person and to share in their lives during a transformational time. I love hearing their stories, sharing in their adventures, learning of their dreams, and trading jokes and laughter. It is amazing to watch kids grow and become young adults and its rewarding to give an adult even a grandparent a smile they have wanted for years.
I feel so much love for and from my patients; it feels like I have this large, amazing extended family of smart and interesting people who make me smile and enrich my life. In turn, I am blessed to be able to give each of my patients a smile they can be proud of and help them feel more confident in their own skin.
As a child, Dr. Pepper had a condition which left brown spots on her teeth and left her feeling very self-conscious. Fortunately, her uncle is a dentist and, in middle school, he gave her composite veneers for her front teeth, which covered the spots and gave her the confidence to smile! This experience led Dr. Pepper to orthodontics as a career: She wanted to make other people as happy and confident with their smiles as she was with hers!
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Dr. Pepper met her husbandSeth, who is a general dentist, while they were in dental school at the University of Kentucky. They married in 2015 and moved to Florida to be close to Seths hometown of Arcadia.
When shes not crafting beautiful, one-of-a-kind smiles, Dr. Pepper likes to read, hike, and travel. She also loves working out and enjoys taking Peloton cycling and barre classes. Being with her kids, though, takes priority over all else. They like going to the beach, the zoo, and the park, and loving taking walks with Loki and Daisy!

For most people, achieving a healthy, beautiful smile is the reason for receiving orthodontic care. If you're self-conscious about your smile, correcting your concerns with braces will greatly improve the way you look and feel.
When your treatment is complete, you will have the smile you've always dreamed of and the confidence to show it off! We also want you to feel comfortable and confident throughout your entire orthodontic experience, and our practice is dedicated to making sure that you receive the quality care you deserve.
Orthodontic appliances are made of metal, ceramic, or plastic. They may be removable or they may be brackets bonded to the teeth. By placing a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, braces slowly move teeth to the proper position.
Gone are the days when a metal band with a bracket was placed around each tooth. You can now choose clear or metal brackets and, in some cases, the color of your appliance. Wires are far less noticeable, and the latest materials are designed to move teeth faster with more comfort. Today, any age is a great age to wear braces!
Treatment time varies and can last between one and three years, depending on several factors including age, treatment method, and how minor or severe your case is. A big factor in a successful treatment is you! The more involved and diligent you are, the more efficient your treatment will be. For children, receiving interceptive or early treatment can also help provide a quicker treatment time.
