Dr. Lechelope is the most thoroughly caring Oral Surgeon I've ever met! I am a Dental Assistant in a town 3 hours away and was referred to him at MUSC for an Amelioblastoma back in 2020 because he is THE BEST! We thought it could be back so I went to see him again in private practice and he calmed my fears telling me clinically he didn't see anything that it was back. I will follow up with him in 6 months to be absolutely sure but in the mean time I am calm and so thankful for Doctors like him!

This was only a consult, to determine what will be done and determine the cost. Everyone was very nice and were happy to provide the information. A slight mechanical problem resulted in a minor scare in the whole head X-ray. The machine didn't like my being in its hands and didn't stop but instead pushed me around. My daughter took Pity on me and bought me a good dark ale. My wife wondered how much we owed for breaking the machine. So other then having an initial scare, we are all having a good laugh about it.When I have the surgery, I will be able to provide a better evaluation of your operation.

Had a 10:45 appointment and filled out all information online so nothing needed to be done when I arrived. Was 10 minutes early to my appointment and still waited in a standing room only waiting room until 11:30 before I was taken back. Once I was taken back the dental assistants did there job just fine. After X-rays the oral surgeon came in for the examination. He seemed in a hurry to get to other patients. I don't think he spent more than 5 minutes in the room. He spent more time talking about golf and trying to sell me implants than he did going over a treatment plan. I get home and look over the treatment plan and noticed he is wanting to pull more teeth than I have in my mouth. That tells me he is either incompetent or is purposely trying to charge more money for the procedure. I'm thinking the latter. Either way I will not be returning. This place seems like they are more interested in getting your money and getting you out the door instead of providing health care.

After suffering from migraines and extreme head and neck aches, I became frustrated that ENT specialists and General Practitioners we're unable to help. Thankfully, my ENT doctor suggested that I see Dr. Meyers as it may be TMJ related. I've been under her care for the past two months and it has been life-changing! She took the time to hear my complaints, was thorough in her assessment, and developed a treatment plan of action, and so far, it is working great! I'm pain free with physical therapy and without the need for surgery, and I'm so grateful! TMJ was literally affecting my quality of life and under Dr. Meyer's care, I've not had any migraines or TMJ related pain...it's been life-changing!
