When I was 11 years old I had a horrible bicycle accident, I fell on my face and one of my front teeth came out by the root, splitting my upper lips. Since then I have been from dentist to dentist. I had to wait almost 11 years of my life to find this beautiful angel who gave me back the confidence to speak without fear of people thinking I look horrible. Dr. Martin took the time to fit me into his schedule and give me the smile of my dreams in just one day. Today I am very happy to tell my parents, family and friends the great news: "An angel gave me the smile of my dreams". Doctor Martin, you are and always will be my angel. THANK YOU! I recently had extensive work done with Dr. Martin after recently moving to Tampa. I found him and his entire staff to be kind, caring and responsive. It was a great experience, and I am very happy with my result.

I was referred by my neighbor. Dental care is a priority of mine and I have spent a high five-digit amount for dental care at an endless number of dentists, so I recognize a great dental practice when I see it. Dr. Martin IS the best dentist I have encountered in the whole country. I knew as soon as I walked into his office as all the crew is highly talented as well. They have the most advanced crown molding technology in the house and the whole process takes less than 2h with the most astonishing effect imaginable. They do not upsell and offer fair and least invasive treatment possible. I'm thrilled to have found this practice, I would fly cross country to this place even if I moved, it's that good.

This is an update on a review I did some time ago, which is still relevant. I just had another visit today with Dr Martin after losing an entire filling from my mouth yesterday (Sunday). Dr Martin's wonderful receptionist, Marilyn re-arranged his schedule and found a hole so he could see me as fast as possible. The lost filling screamed out for an expensive dental crown, which is exactly what 99% of all dentists would have done, but not Dr Martin. Using his unique skills and state-of-the-art technology, Dr Martin was able to bond a composite filling into my hole, saving me 75% of the cost of a crown. He is just an exceptional dentist and an even better human being. I will never go elsewhere! Again, here is my original review of years ago, which is still appropriate today: Charlie Martin is just the most caring and competent dentist I have ever met in over 50 years. I have been a patient ever since I moved to Tampa decades ago and I am eternally grateful. It doesn't matter whether I need a restoration or a replacement of old fillings or an emergency procedure, Dr Martin is ALWAYS available, his state-of-the-art work ALWAYS exceeds expectations, and his prices are ALWAYS more than reasonable. I love this man like a brother. He and his wonderful staff, including Marilyn, Britt, Gatlin and all the others are just part of my family. Even his beautiful, sweet wife Cathy sometimes pitches in! Do not go elsewhere if you live anywhere in Tampa or St Pete!!

Dr. Martin and his staff are the absolute best! Professional, thoughtful, thorough, and informative of all treatment options allowing you to choose what works best for you. During a recent visit I was fitted for a night guard and my jaw pain has greatly improved since. If you are looking for the best dental care in Tampa you need to look no further!

Dr. Martin deserves many more than five stars. I was self-conscious about my smile and had been considering veneers for several years but had not yet found a dentist who I trusted. After seeing the great work of Dr. Martin and reading the positive reviews, I scheduled a consultation. It was one of the best decisions of my life. Upon meeting Dr. Martin, I immediately felt comfortable. He sat down with me and walked through the veneer process in detail. It was clear that he is truly passionate about his work. I quickly made a decision to move forward. Throughout the process, Dr. Martin and his staff were attentive and always made sure I was comfortable and happy. Last week, I got my permanent veneers and my teeth look amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Martin. I loved everything about my experience and will be a lifelong patient (hopefully he never retires!).

After a decade of dental trauma work, I relocated to Tampa and was VERY hesitant to trust my teeth with someone new. Immediately after entering Dr. Martin's office, I felt not only welcomed, but it was as if they have known me forever. Dr. Martin, Gatlin + his staff gave me the warm welcome + care I needed to put my trust in them for the replacement of my crowns. The end result is fantastic + I am so lucky to have found him and his team to support my current + future dental needs.

I've had a great experience at this dentistry with all members of the working personal being helpful and addressing any of my concerns, making me feel comfortable at all times. Dr. Martin, along with all other working staff were very welcoming and kind, all while being professional and diligent with their work. I felt very well taken care of and was well informed on all aspects of the working being done. Thank you for such a comfortable and great experience.

My family has gone to Dr. Martin since 2002 and still am impressed more with each visit. In high school I began grinding my teeth to a fairly severe extent( dislocate my jaw in sleep and severe headaches during the day), through a process or two he found and corrected the issue. Now going on 15 years later, have not had a single issue since. The list of top level of service they provide from Marilyn at the front desk, Eileen and Gatlyn, through Dr Martin himself can not be praised enough by not only myself but my wife and parents. With something as personal and important in life like your teeth I would never settle for anything less than the best, which undoubtably is Dr. Martin. A sincere thank you.

I will first start off by saying that I have always had an immense fear of the dentist! Choosing the right dentist for me was extremely important and I am so happy I found this office. I had a full mouth restoration including deep cleaning, bleaching and finally nine veneers. The process was a long one but I wouldn't have had it any other way. First off you are greeted by the nicest group of people I have had the pleasure of meeting in any medical field, the waiting area is inviting and cozy. I sat down in a big comfy massage chair but I never turned it on because did I mention they have a massage chair in the waiting area? I am not used to this sort of thing. I haven't openly smiled in more years than I care to remember and I was dead set on finishing my goal with this office after my initial meeting. I had my first consultation, x-rays and conversation with Dr. Martin and his Staff. Dr. Martin is warm, inviting and has an amazing chairside manner I wasn't expecting. I felt like I was being cheered on by the entire staff to achieve the smile I always wanted. Now I will get to the part that absolutely blew me away! The pace and relaxation I felt while getting Novocain for the first time. I will be honest I have a needle phobia, worse than any drill at the office and I was very uneasy about that part. I was relieved to find that Dr. Martin and his staff were patient with my phobia and I didn't even know that I got the shots before my mouth started to numb up! They will put a topical gel to numb the spot that the injection will be placed and use aversion techniques to keep your mind at ease from any discomfort. I was so impressed that I thanked Dr. Martin for the best needle experience I had received. I came back for many visits, there was talk to possibly get implants so I did get a consultation next door at Dr. Wilson (also great) and I was relieved to find that they didn't think I needed them. The team work between the two doctors was fantastic and they never steered me wrong or made me feel that implant surgery was a must. I was also relieved to find out while numb for my first fillings that I didn't need any root canals! You don't have to worry that an office is trying to make money off of you because this one is looking out for your best interest. Dr. Martin put on some Willie Nelson Pandora radio before going to the drill and I just had a full sense of relaxation during the first major work on my cavities. I finished my restoration with two fillings, temporary veneers and then the final porcelain set a few weeks after the temps. To say I am happy with the work that this team has done is an understatement, I was absolutely shocked when I saw how amazing my new teeth looked. The staff were proud of the final result and they should be. I would fly out of state to visit this office, I am just happy I live so close by! If you are looking for a good dentist office and you were like me feeling scared and lost about what you should do, have a consultation with Dr. Martin and I guarantee those fears will melt away. I can only tell them thank you so much for making me feel whole again, my confidence is higher than I ever thought imaginable and the entire staff went above and beyond. Thank you Dr. Martin and the entire staff for making me feel so welcomed.

I've been a patient at Dr. Martin's dentistry for a very long time. They've taken care of me since I was a small child to a young adult now. The staff are every welcoming and very good at their job. I've had a great experience every time. Especially this summer, when I had a veneer procedure done by Dr. Martin. What ever fear or worries you may have about getting veneers (or any other dental procedure for that matter) you can leave them at the door, because once you're in Dr. Martin's care you can always count on a successful outcome. He also uses a special technique that makes the procedure basically painless. I know a lot of people dread their next dentist appointments because of the fear of any pain they may endure. Nope. Not at Dr. Martins. Along with his incredible knowledge about your teeth, Dr. Martin has a very kind, inviting, and humorous personality that truly does bring a smile to your face (no pun intended. . . maybe).
