I am Donna and I started working for Dr. Barber in 2001 as his office manager. Over the years, I have seen his practice grow in so many ways. He has added numerous new services to enhance smiles and improve self-confidence. With the installation of the most up-to-date technology, treatment has become less invasive and more comforting to the patient. Each member of our team has grown in knowledge through numerous seminars and courses. This information is passed on to our patients to benefit their overall health, not just dental health. One of our primary goals is to educate those that we treat. We want our patients to know what dental issues need to be addressed and why they need to be addressed.
My name is Rosslynne I was raised in Follansbee, WV and once I got married in 2001 my husband and I moved to Wheeling, WV. I attended West Liberty University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1998 in Dental Hygiene. I am certified in CPR & BLS (Basic Life Support), VELscope oral cancer screening system, and recently became certified in Laser Periodontal Therapy. I have been practicing Dental Hygiene with Dr. Barber since February 1999. Dr. Barber has kept his practice updated with the latest technology in the dental profession. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two children, reading, watching movies and hanging out with family and friends.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University in May 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. I was a four-year member of the WVU Womens Track and Field team (2007-2011). I am certified in the VELscope oral cancer screening system, & CPR/BLS (basic life support). I have been a member of Dr. Barber's team since 2013. I am excited to work in his prestigious dental office and I am looking forward to helping my patients achieve dental health and the beautiful smiles they desire. I am a born and raised West Virginia girl living in the northern panhandle. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, reading and being with my family, friends and chocolate lab, Tucker.
My name is Tanya and I graduated from Youngstown State University in 1995. I have been practicing dental hygiene for 24 years and joined Dr. Barber's team in 2014. I am certified in VELscope Oral Cancer Screening System and CPR & BLS (Basic Life Support). I enjoy helping my patients achieve beautiful and healthy smiles! I am a very social and outgoing person. I love all the new people I have the pleasure of meeting through my wonderful career. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and I am an avid runner. I have completed many 5k and 10k races and 2 half marathons. I also enjoy spending time with my husband Tom and our Siberian Huskies, Aspen and Denali.
Hi, my name is Kaitlyn and I started working for Dr. Barber in January 2017. I am a recent graduate of Ohio Valley College of Technologies Accredited Dental Assisting Program, where I received my Associates Degree in the Applied Business of Dental Assisting. I am also CPR and radiation certified. I love working at this office where I meet and work with amazing people, and get to work with the latest technology every day. In my free time I like to play with my dogs, Lucky and Koda.
Im Katelynn, a graduate from Bradford School of Pittsburgh. I received my Associate in specialized Technology of Dental Assisting in 2017. I have just recently joined Dr. Barbers team in June 2019. In the 2 years of being a dental assistant, I dont feel like Im at work. I love helping our patients attain the healthiest and most beautiful smiles.
I am married and have 2 daughters that are the light of my life. Outside of work I enjoy reading, relaxing on the deck, spending time with family and friends and, of course, our 2 dogs Cooper and Lily. I look forward to seeing you soon!

Horrible service. They used cheap materials in everything they put in my mouth and it all just kept falling out even after I asked if it would and I could eat with it. Dr Charles never gave me a mouth guard to keep it open and yelled at me when I couldn't keep it open wide the whole hour he was operating on me.

Exam was good...learned alot from Dr. Barber. Not pleased with office staff, I had the last appointment scheduled on a Friday, they called and cancelled my appointment with no reason given and then never called me to fit me back into their schedule.

Absolutely loved everyone, but especially the hygienist, Jordann! I haven't been a dentist in way too long (bad experience elsewhere!), and Jordann took her time to make sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable with what was going on. Dr. Barber was also fantastic - very kind and knowledgeable. Never thought it was possible to ENJOY a dentist appointment!

Dr. Barber and his whole team are amazing they all are very friendly and really worked with my schedule amongst other things I recommend anyone and everyone to go see him! I went to see him about the "six month smile" now called "sure smile", to fix the gap I had between my front teeth that I've hated for years and I wish I did it sooner! The best part it only took 4 months and was so easy! I held off doing it for a couple years because I didn't think I'd be able to afford it because let's face it braces and Invisalign's are expensive but they directed me to a loan company that gave me affordable monthly payments with absolutely ZERO interest which was awesome. I'm so happy with my teeth and now love my smile! A huge thank you to Dr. barber and staff!

Dr. Barber is The BEST!! A visit to his office is not your typical experience. I've seen many dentists over the yrs. and by far he is top notch! His office & staff are very warm & welcoming! They will do what they can to accommodate ur needs. His treatmt methods & technology are kept current with the times. As someone who eventually became terrified of the dentist, (after my 2nd visit), I now look forward to getting my teeth taken care of!
