He then headed to the University of Kentucky to study periodontal surgery and implantology. There, Dr. Dyer worked in three dental offices and published several academic articles while serving as a chief resident. He graduated with a Master of Science in Dentistry degree and certification in the specialty of periodontics.
Now, as a practicing professional, Dr. Dyer is known amongst his patients for his compassion and gentle chairside manner. He frequently calls patients after oral surgery or even routine procedures to check on their recovery progress. His passion for dentistry is remarkable, and his patients enjoy collaborating with him and actively participating in the development of their personalized treatment plans.

I went to Dr Dyer for a periodontic gum analysis for braces and also for an implant. Dr Dyer was awesome! He has a great bedside manner, he was very thorough, knew exactly what I wanted and needed and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using him as my periodontist.

He does a great job of tooth removal and implants. Seems like he is in to every detail of doing it right. Loses 1 star because they transferred money that was in their account to fix an implant back to the original dentist without discussing with me. I'm having to pay to get it fixed out of my pocket.

Friendly and efficient staff. I believe the procedure in itself is unpleasant but was handled efficiently and was found to be rather well handled and not unpleasant.

He was knowledgeable, kind, and fast. He ended up pulling a tooth and I was only there for less than an hour. He even called me later that evening to make sure I was doing OK. I had a panic attack while there and the nurse was very helpful, knowing how to calm me down and bring me back to normal.

If you want the best periodontist, you can't do any better than Dr. Dyer. I've had a couple of involved procedures that the day after i didn't even need Tylenol. Dr. Dyer's skill was the only way that was possible. His staff is organized, friendly and extremely tolerant of my questions.
