I had a filling on a left lower tooth today, Oct.6th. I, like most people hate to go to the dentist. I have had a very bad experience with another dentist. Today was a wonderful experience with Dr. Bass. He was kind,considerate, and aware when I needed a quick break. A plus-he was also funny! Patty Hendon. West Richland Call him-you will not be disappointed.

Best place ever I think the started taking my kids here for about 5 to 6 Years and even after I move I still go here. They always have a good attitude. I never dealt with someone stuck up never that's why I love taking my kids here They are patient and they treat my kids really good. I have 5 kiddos and they always make sure to schedule them the same day. I also think is one of the fastest place I had took my kids they don't take forever to get them in and in less the 30/40 minutes I'm out of there. I will keep taking my kids here even if I move farther away.

Chardonnay Dental is fantastic! Their front desk staff is kind and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. Their dental hygienist and dental assistants are reassuring and friendly and lastly Dr.Copeland is amazing! We couldn't have picked a better dentist to take care of all of my family's teeth.

Myself and several of my family members have had dental work here. Dr Copeland gives it to you straight. I trust him completely regarding his treatment recommendations. I know he will never recommend anything that he wouldn't recommend to his own family.

Friendly, and i was in a dental seat in 90 minutes after i made a call. Clear explanation of the cause of pain and my options on treatment. I was done in 45 minutes pain free. I made a follow up for a cleaning in june and i plan to keep using them.

I have the unique experience to have been a doctor and a patient at this office. As a patient I always felt heard and respected, and thought that Dr. Copeland is a great dentist. As a dentist that worked there, I got to see behind the scenes and experience truly how much Dr. Copeland and his staff care for the patients. Each team member is well trained and personable. I can say from my experience working in other offices, that the dental work done in this office is excellent, and the quality exceeds that of many other offices. The only reason I left was because of family matters. I really have nothing but great things to say for Dr Copeland and his team!

Great office, very kind staff, literally the nicest front office staff I've ever come across, the rest of Prosser medical offices need to take a page from this offices book on how to treat people. My family and I will continue to come here for years to come and will recommend any other family and friends to them.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Seen quickly and everything that needs to happen or is going to happen is communicated. Doctors are great to work with on planning out work that needs to be done.
