Adam Gray, DMD believes one of the best ways to care for patients is to empower them with education and preventative care while providing the latest technologies to deliver quality dentistry. Dr. Gray enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, but particularly enjoys giving patients the smile they have always wanted. Dr. Gray also is passionate about making patients as comfortable as possible during treatment.
Raised in Bainbridge, Ohio, Dr. Gray graduated with high honors from John Carroll University. As captain of the varsity football team he was proud to be a part of the team that finished #3 nationally. While at John Carroll he was an active member of the Alpha Sigma Nu honor fraternity, Chi Alpha Sigma honor fraternity, and a Student Ambassador for the Center for Diversity and Inclusion.
He then attended the University of New England College of Dental Medicine in Portland, Maine and earned his dental degree. He was honored to receive the Award for Leadership in Dental Public Health. Professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, The Ohio Dental Association, and the Maine Dental Association.
In his spare time, Dr. Gray enjoys a host of athletic activities that include golfing, skiing, lifting weights, hunting and fishing. When he is not out and about, Dr. Gray enjoys spending time with his friends and family!
Barb grew up in Wooster and recently moved to the Mentor area. Barb has been in dental administration for more than 10 years. She strives to help in any way possible to keep our team and patients happy, healthy and informed. She greets everyone she meets with a warm friendly smile. Barb enjoys spending time with her grandkids and looks forward to long walks and sunsets overlooking the lake with her husband, Richard.
Bethany graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Dental and Medical Assistants in 2012 and has been working as a dental assistant since. She took the Dental Assistant National Board exam in 2019 and is now a Certified Dental Assistant. Bethany is currently furthering her education at Case Western School Of Dentistry obtaining her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting certificate. Bethany has two children that are the center of her universe and she enjoys spending her free time with them exploring the outdoors, camping and fishing!
Kate graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Dental and Medical Assistants in 2012 and has been an assistant since. In the past year, Kate has been cross-trained and is currently the receptionist at Chardon Dental Arts! Kate has been married to her childhood best friend for 4 years. Together, they have 4 dogs. Kate loves being an aunt, baking, camping, and the 4th of July!
Becki graduated from Lakeland Community College in 2003. Her favorite part of her job is making patients feel so comfortable that they actually forget where they are. Patients leave saying, 'I didnt realize I could have so much fun at the dentist! When Becki is not giving exceptional hygiene instructions and providing her patients with a very thorough cleaning, she is spending time with her family and her fur babies. And watching Star Wars! May the floss be with you!

Great first experience with Dr Gray and team. I developed a bad toothache over the weekend, they made time for me on Monday, and my problem was resolved in about an hour. Very happy, thank you guys.

Great service dental team working here they got me in same day and I had to get a molar surgically extracted no pain at all while they removed my stubborn back molar definitely best dentist I have ever been too

Every single employee was so friendly and took the time with me to explain things that were going on and what was needed to be done. (From the time I walked in to the time I left). Hated going to the dentist, but when I left here I actually can't wait to go back for the next step on getting my teeth back to how they should be!

I am very picky about my dentists so I dreaded looking for a new one when my former dentist retired. I was very impressed with Chardon Dental Arts. The team was so thorough in every aspect. From scheduling to cleaning and exam, everything went smoothly. I like that they take the time to explain potential issues. Overall very satisfied!

We were both dissatisfied with the cleaning experience yesterday. My wife found Becki to be very unprofessional in her singing and comments. Mine was more specific: This was the worst dental cleaning experience I've ever had. No glasses were provided, cleaning over spray went in my eyes. Not sanitary Becki was extremely aggressive in a couple of areas, yanking on my bottom lip to get my mouth in position to complete her task and ramming the suction around my mouth. I understand this isn't a pleasant experience, I've had dozens of cleanings in my life but I never have had one where my comfort was not a consideration.

I can't express enough how genuinely delighted I am every time I get to come here. That's how I think of it - I GET to come here, like it's a fun day trip. Imagine that; a trip to the dentist feeling fun! The energy in this office is outstanding, everyone here is kind, patient, and understanding, and they work with you to get you exactly what you need. Cannot recommend them enough.

If your looking for a GREAT dentist who is working with a great team, I suggest you do not look any farther than Dr. Gray. He knows his craft, has a wonderful "chair side" manner and a support staff that knows what they are doing by anticipating his and your every need. I chose Chardon Dental Arts after reviewing all the surrounding dental offices and resolving that Chardon Dental could deal best with my dental emergency. They delivered in Aces! My 8am appointment began with a detailed explanation, superb and painless numbing followed with an "easy-peezy" extraction being well supported to assure steadiness during the procedure. I was comfortably home before 9am and immediately told my wife that we have found a GREAT dentist.

I was very nervous when I went to the office not knowing what was gonna happen they were very nice pleasant people calmed me downAnd explained everything they were gonna do. I actually had my tooth extracted because it broke. That's why I was in so much pain!!!thank you very much for being so gentle and kind to me. I am going to go back and get my teeth cleaned it was such a great experience this will be my new dentist office. Also when I called the lady was very nice and Called me right back with an appointment!

My dentist of 25 years had recently retired and I was looking for someone new to go to. A family friend recommended I visit Dr. Gray at Chardon Dental Arts and boy am I glad I did! I walked in and felt welcomed by Barb at the front desk! Bethany and Dr. Gray took great care of me and my teeth! It honestly felt like I was instantly part of the family and had been a patient of Chardon Dental Arts for years. Thank you Dr. Gray!

The staff are all very nice very professional and they do a good job and they are good at making you comfortable through the process. Dr Gray & Tiffany are kind & patient, and lighten things up. He made sure that the retainer fit well & was comfotable.

With dr grey there all things went outstanding. the new hygienist was super nice and hysterical I had a great time during my visit. This was my second visit. My first visit with the dr before dr grey things did not go the way I wanted them to I show up for my appt early and I wasn't pulled back until a hr and a half after my appt time not sure what that was about. But the team they have there now I will definitely keep coming back if they keep it up to my liking.
