I believe orthodontics is one of the best professions in the world. I am honored to know that, each day, I am able to make a positive and lasting difference in someones life. It is truly rewarding to witness the significant changes that occur in a patients self-confidence following successful orthodontic treatment. Getting to seethat transformation, when a patient achieves a beautiful, healthy, and functional smile, is why I became an orthodontist.
Like all healthcare professions, orthodontics is continually evolving. In order to stay on top of the newest advances, it is imperative to attend continuing education courses. I take part in such courses every year, acrossthe country, so I can provide my patients with the best and most innovative care available.
I was born and raised in north central Indiana. My wife Julie and I met in Bloomingtonas students. Weve always shared a love for Bloomington and decided to raise our family here. We are blessed to have three wonderful children: Colin, Nolan, and Evan.
Our Jack Russell Terrier, Buzz, goes everywhere with us and enjoys a few cookie crumbs, thanks to the boys, every now and then. I love to spendtime with my family and friends. Boating, fishing, and attending Indiana University sporting events Go Hoosiers! are amongmy favorite ways to unwind.

Dr. Chapman and Theresa, his assistant, are doing a great job on my son's teeth. He is near the end with his braces and the transformation is amazing!

This was only a consultation but it was great! Options were clearly laid out, I had no insurance or financial questions when I left, and everyone we spoke to was friendly and welcoming.

Chapman Orthodontics is amazing I've been going since I was In 2nd grade and I'm now a freshman and I'm still going. One of the best things about it is the employees, they are all so nice and also really good at their jobs and enjoy what they do. Another thing about this place is that they all care about making sure you get your money's worth and fixing your teeth to make you happy, but they can't do it alone so you also have to put the effort in to get that beautiful smile. Before I came here I went to multiple other orthodontics but this place was just so much better. So if you're trying to find a good orthodontist I highly suggest picking Chapman Orthodontics.

Dr. Chapman and staff are always very thorough and timely. My daughters experience with braces has been quite smooth. We had choices for an orthodontist 5 minutes from our house, but choose to drive 30 minutes for Dr. Chapman's experience and care. Very grateful for the entire staff, from financials, to xrays, to adjustments. The cleanliness of the office is also impeccable. I would (and do) recommend Dr. Chapman over and over again.

I knew it would be a hassle and expensive and embarrassing to get metal braces at 22 years old, but I wanted to stop feeling ashamed of my smile for the first time in my life. So, I went to Chapman Orthodontics. It was easily the best decision I've made in the last few years. The price was reasonable for what we had to do (a lot was included) and they made everything easy. If you can, ask for Teresa, because she was the BEST. She was genuinely pleasant, explained everything she was doing every session, was gentle, and always did her best to get my next appointment with her so that we would always be working together. I trusted Teresa and Dr. Chapman completely despite my deep sensitivity about my teeth. I feel much better now.

I absolutely love this place and so does my son! The staff are all very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Whenever my son had a emergency for his braces, they always found a way to see him even if they're closed. Their communication and service is always great! I highly recommend families to come here for their orthodontics needs.

All 3 of our children have went through Chapman Orthodontics office and I couldn't go anywhere else. All staff from Dr. Chapman to Jessica at the front office are FANTASTIC!!! I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a professional but very friendly orthodontist!

BY FAR THE BEST AROUND! MY DAUGHTER WENT TO HIM AND MY SON IS SUPER CLOSE TO GETTING HIS BRACES REMOVED. HE IS GREAT WITH THE KIDS. KNOWS THEM BY NAME AND SAME WITH HIS STAFF! IF YOU LIVE NEAR MARTINSVILLE AND/OR BLOOMINGTON YOU HAVE TO GO TO DR CHAPMAN FOR YOUR ORTHODONTIC NEEDS!

If you need braces or Invisalign I highly recommend going and seeing Doctor Chapman and his team. When I went in to get my braces I was embarrassed of the way my teeth looked. Doctor Chapman and Lydia (his assistant I had) was able to help get my teeth where I am super happy with them. I am no longer embarrassed of the way they look. Give them a call and let them get you set up.
