I had a dental emergency, and was stressed out over it. Dr. Chapman got me in quickly. The fix required a crown as a good portion of the tooth broke off. Not only did I get the crown quickly, the process was painless and my crown seems better than the old tooth. It was done right the first time - I never had to go back for adjustments. Very pleased with the service I got!

The staff were amazing and very kind they talked to you through out your procedure and Dr Chapman is very funny

4 crowns were done. 3 of which had cavities forming underneath within 18 months. 2 other dentists agreed the work was not done properly. The response in a solution was not good.

Great experience made Dr. Chapman my primary dentist. He explains everything in great detail and talks you through it all along the way. Friendly and very welcoming staff makes scheduling services effortless.

Had a root canal on a crowned front tooth today. Dr Chapman was so good explaining everything he was doing and eased my nervousness. He was awesome and did a fine job! Even showed me the before, during and after x-rays! And I'm not even in pain!!! His fees are extremely reasonable for the area and i dont have dental insurance either. His work is very detail oriented! I recommend Dr Chapman to everyone whom needs a great dentist!

When I talked first time with this facility, they told me we worked with your insurance and you will be good. I asked them I just want to do basic cleaning which is free in my insurance. On the appointment day, they did x-rays first and said it is covered in your insurance . After doing the full mouth X-Ray they told your all the tooths are fine except one which need little deep cleaning. I said I don't want to do deep cleaning as it is not covered in my insurance. just do basic only . They said they cannot do basic until unless we do deep cleaning. They said it is against the ethics. I said these are my tooths and I don't want to do deep cleaning right now for my teeth. They did not do anything then I had came out from the facility after wasted my one hour. I feel harassed because of their rude behavior. After 10 days later now I received the invoice, my insurance did not cover everything as they charged lot, I have to pay significant amount from my pocket for X-ray and initial check . without doing basic cleaning anything I have to spend money. Very bad impression first time

Had me pay over $400 for a deep cleaning, now I owe over $1000 cuz my great insurance didn't pay as much as they wanted! Will be super friendly up front but 3 years later will send ya a bill!!! Worst dentist ever. Will be standing outside saying don't come here!! All he had to do was work with me.... but he doesn't care

Worst dentist ever, well might be ok if you are ok with his belly rubbing up on you, but even if you have insurance, they will decide that the insurance company didn't pay enough and will decide to send you a bill and send you to collections!!!! READ HIS NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU EVER CONSIDER IDER HIM AS A DENTIST!!! He is a pos... DO NOT TRUST HIM!!! You WILL GET A BILL 3 years later saying you owe when your insurance should have covered it!!!' Whatever answer they come back with don't believe it!!! Read all the negative reviews and you will become a believer!!! Eff you Miss chapman

If you're looking for a dentist who is highly skilled, honest, friendly and compassionate, then I would recommend you visit Chapman Dental in Simpsonville. I am so very pleased with all aspects of care and the atmosphere they provide. Let's face it, no one likes to go to the dentist but since it's unavoidable I invite you to meet my friendly, upbeat dentist who loves what he does and is so adept at handling every aspect of care.

I'm 15 years old and I've been going to Chapman Dental for a little over 3 years. Jay one of hygienist does a really good job cleaning my teeth, and I always feel comfortable in the chair while he's cleaning. Dr. Chapman filled a cavity and at first I was nervous but he constantly checked if I was ok during the process. Also, everybody in the office is always friendly.

Would not recommend. Just look at the other recent reviews as I have had a similar experience. I've gone here for years before I found out how this place runs. If you're thinking of going here, don't! I've found a much better dentist not far away with good morals and ethics in regard to a dental practice and more experience!

I feel so lucky that we found Dr. Chapman when we moved to South Carolina. He and his staff have provided wonderful dental care for my family of five - I even pulled my three kids from their pediatric dentist and brought them to Dr. Chapman. Friendly, accommodating staff, and excellent, informed dental care. We feel like family.

3 year's ago I was at work and cracked a tooth. My dentist was closed and I called Chapman dental and they said come in right away. I liked Dr.Chapman from the moment I met him he assured me he would take care of me and yes he did! He is a great dentist with a great attitude and demeanor. My wife then went to him and she had the same experience and view of him as I did. We highly recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Chapman has always done great work and I've recommended many people to him. He even went as far to help my fiance's sister out of the blue during his Christmas vacation. That's a good dentist.

Went today to get a cavity filled. Haven't been to the dentist in a while, as I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dentists. Dr. Chapman made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. He and his staff are super friendly and did everything in their power to make sure I had a good experience. Would highly recommend to anybody needing dental work done!
