I visited this office today and had the best experience front the time I walked in to the time I walked out! Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and honest! I was in and out quickly, I was super nervous and they made me feel right at home, and had a great experience! Would recommend to anyone.

I'm a basket case when it comes to dental work so I worried tremendously before hand. The procedure was quick, and painless. I can't imagine wisdom tooth extraction going any easier... medication wore off quickly and I was able to fully function about an hour after surgery. Great experience overall.

I had such a great experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had zero swelling and pain after my procedure. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. Would highly recommend!

I've always been terrified of having dental work done. I had to go here to have oral surgery and the staff made me feel 110% comfortable, and all staff is super friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

It is hard to say it but I love this office I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Every person on the staff is friendly, kind and concerned for you. They never act rushed with you. No question is too stupid but rather treated with respect and answered to your knowledge level. I have several health concerns including allergies. The did the best evaluation of them I have seen. Being an RN, I have experience other medical professionals "talking down" to me. This did not happen and the problems I have were openly discussed and we figured out how to handle them together. They took the time they needed and never acted rushed. Dr. Hairr was wonderful. I was amazed at the time he took just getting to know me. For having to have a procedure, well, it was surprisingly pleasant and pain and stress free. I wish I could give them another star...they are worth it!!!!! I

Dr. Hair did a fabulous job with the extraction of my tooth. Him and his entire staff are great and couldn't ask for a better experience. He is also by far the cheapest and much more affordable than the oral surgeons in Columbia. He is awesome and I recommend anyone to see him that needs any type of surgery done.

Great team! Dr. Hairr did a fantastic job on my wisdom teeth removal and had me out the door an hour later! Very informative with post-op procedures and home care. Would definitely recommend Chapin Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to anyone!

The staff was very confident in what they were doing. Their ability and effort to make you feel at ease is "off the chain". The doctor told us exactly what to expect. He said it would take no more than one hour to pull my daughter's two wisdom teeth and to cut the other two out of the gum. Amazingly, her surgery really took only one hour! The staff let us know exactly what to expect post-op. I highly recommend this facility and medical team.

Dr. Hairr and his entire staff were 100% COVID compliant, kind, and thorough in explaining what to expect with the removal of our daughter's wisdom teeth. We were shocked and extremely disappointed at a different surgeon's practice in Lexington when neither the doctor nor his nurse wore masks for the pre-surgery appointment in June 2020. It was clear that everyone at Chapin Oral Surgery, on the other hand, was concerned for the safety of their patients and staff. The extra 30-minute drive was worth the exceptional care.
