The overall experience at Chapin Dental Associates was just amazing. Great atmosphere from the parking lot to the second you walk into the office. Lindsay at the front desk was very professional and overall an extremely happy and inviting individual. While in the chair Chrissy and Damon did a great job and was very patient and caring during my visit. I would highly recommend this dentists if you're looking for someone to take care of your teeth.

I LOVE this place! The very best experience in any medical setting whatsoever! UPDATE: Whilst everyone was enjoying their Sunday off yesterday (10/09/2022) Britt was in the office taking care of one of our family. It never ceases to amaze me the generosity shown by this business. At this point I don't even feel like a typical customer any longer. You guys keep doing what you do!!

Dr. Holstein and his staff are the absolute best! I called shortly after they opened this morning to request something to help with painful mouth sores. Amy took my call, she got a hold of Dr. Holstein, and they called in a prescription for me within 30 minutes. So thankful to have them as our dentist! Highly recommend!

I called for an emergency appointment and they got me right in. The office is very clean. I only waited a few minutes in the waiting room before I was called back. The staff and dentist were very nice.

I cannot express my gratitude to these people enough, they go above and beyond in their care and if you are experiencing any issues they work you in immediately. That's great dentistry. They lighten the mood, make you laugh, and are very personable. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my daughter, you turned a painful situation into a pleasant one for her. Dr. Holstein and Dr. Jowers are wonderful people.

I have anxiety when it comes to dentist. But I want to say they was amazing. I was very impressed with them . Very kind .I didn't even fill the needle . They put something on my gums before they put the needle in and it numb it good. I don't like needle so I'm glad they did that. I recommend them. Thank you all

I've been seeing Dr. Holstein since I was a child. I even saw his father. I've always loved Chapin Dental, the hygienists have always been sweet and gentle. They are very accommodating when I tell them my teeth are sensitive. I usually get in and out pretty quick too. They are very affordable and do fantastic work no matter what your dental needs are.

I've been going to Chapin Dental Associates for 5 years and they never disappoint. They are professionals from the time you walk in to the time you leave. I highly recommend the dentists and hygienist, especially Jane. She makes the cleaning experience enjoyable with her humor and singing.

Dr. Jowers and his team are wonderful, very thorough and friendly. The staff always welcome and greet me by name and I never wait very long to be taken back for dental services. Clean and tidy office, lots of waiting room seating with easy parking out front. Best place for anything dental if you're in the Chapin area, I even drive from Irmo because the care at Chapin Dental has been unmatched by offices I've visited in Irmo. Highly recommend.

I love this place. Have been going to the Holstein's for about 45 years (Dr. Sam and Dr. Britt). The staff is always friendly, cheerful and helpful. Dr. Britt Holstein is the best. I trust him to do anything! He took good care of my mom too. They have the best prices around! And my hygienist Sandra....she is the best, I wouldn't want anyone else! She knows all my particulars. I am so comfortable with my dentist and hygienist.

Very professional and friendly staff. Makes going to the dentist a little less painful. Everyone always has a smile for you when you walk in the door.
