Dr. Delgezzo and his staff are excellent. He did an amazing job on a crown that he made me. I would highly recommend Dr. Delgezzo and his staff!

This practice is excellent! Their follow-up and organization is tremendous. They took the time to explain everything to me. I feel very confident continuing to receive dental care here.

My last visit was just for a cleaning; however, the hygienist took and extra step and has detected another problem. She took care of it by explaining every step she was performing. It has been always a pleasant & professional atmosphere at the office. The facility is very modern and clean as well.

I never write bad reviews, but I felt highly inclined to do so for this dentist. While he is not entirely incompetent, he is quite snarky and old fashioned. But I guess that's what you get when you go to an older dentist who feels like they "know it all" and doesn't agree with new technologies - using Invisalign. I used Invisalign to straighten my teeth and I came in because I wanted to check for cavities. The first time I came, he told me I shouldn't use Invisalign and that I should go to his ortho friend. Okay cool. The second time I came in, he checked my teeth and I have no cavities, but he felt the need to tell me in a smart manner that I had a "composite build up on my tooth from the aligners I was wearing." Actually, sir, you are wrong. My tooth has literally has been like that since my adult teeth grew in. It's a funky piece of my bottom tooth that has been there almost all my life and it has absolutely nothing to do with my aligners. As he leaves, he tells me I should really get my teeth cleaned, but he never asked me when my last cleaning was. I actually had them deep cleaned about half a year ago and I haven't had a cavity since I was like 5 years old. I don't know why he's so against using aligners or why it upsets him so much. But he really shouldn't make snarky comments like that at his patients. Needless to say, I won't be back, but I don't feel bad for myself at all! I actually feel bad for his staff. I give it 2 stars because the staff is very kind and sweet and it seems as if they know he's a snarky one. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he replied to my review with some snarky comment too LOL.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to! The staff are all super friendly and very knowledgeable. The dentist is equally impressive and is the quickest dentist I have had. They make you feel like family here and if you need a dentist or are not happy with yours I highly recommend coming here.

I can't say enough professional words about Dr. DelGizzo. I had him my boys had him still. Now my grandchildren see him. There's nothing he can't fix, he's just a great dentist. I would recommend him time and time again. On time rarely late, the focus is on your teeth.

The dentist is really not something I normally look forward to and get a bit anxious but the folks here are great and I feel comfortable. You can tell they really care about giving good service and taking care of you. The office is very clean as well. I highly recommend.

I recently had a procedure done at Chapel View Dentistry. As a prelude, I'll say, I'm not too keen on the dentist, and tend to be nervous. The procedure required novocaine; he gave me two shots and waited a while for it to set in. I told him before the procedure that my mouth didn't feel very numb, but he told me it was normal. He started chipping away at an old filling, and I immediately I told him it hurt, but he dismissed it. He started again with the drill, and again, I complained of pain. Because I was a nervous patient, he didn't believe me. He almost insisted that it was just vibration, but I persisted that it was a cold, shooting nerve pain. Apparently, he believed that, and gave me two more shots of novocaine. I was numb after that he went on with the procedure. Afterward, the assistant insinuated that it was sort of my fault that I hadn't received enough novocaine, stating that "sometimes, when people are nervous/high anxiety, the novocaine doesn't work as well". I'm pretty sure that that's untrue, as novocaine has a chemical reaction on the body which doesn't rely on the emotional state of a person. I had to go back for an unexpected follow-up to the procedure, and the same assistant said something to the effect of "I know this hasn't been a pleasant process, but worse things have happened", to which I replied "not to me, they haven't". The whole process ended up being a month-long nightmare, and it seems that this dentist and his staff make a habit of dismissing patients' pain/complaints. I will not be returning.
