For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

So I actually meant to give them a great review as soon as I walk out of their beautiful establishment but as the saying goes better late than never. I like to take the time out and thank each and every staff member at Chapel Street dental. And yes I know I didn't deal with every single person but I'm not one to exclude anybody! I truly do appreciate each and every one of you for reasons I can't even explain. I love how professional you all are. How welcoming you all were. How gentle & kind & quick my experience was!! dentist wouldn't see me for TWO weeks despite me telling them I had an emergency - massively swollen abscess, fever, could barely speak, excruciating pain. I understand not squeezing me same day - though I was an existing patient and subsequent dentists I called were extremely concerned and made time same day - but a dentist knowing of that and still declining to not see me for two weeks is negligent at best. The receptionist's rude, arrogant tone was unlike any I've encountered in a professional setting. Even if he's delivering the message of the dentist, there is No excuse that defends that situation.

I scheduled for an exam, cleaning w/ fluoride treatment, and x-rays. Everything went perfectly. The physician was knowledgeable and informative. The service was flawless. The pricing and availability proved to be a better offering than other options.

Both the staff and dentist are polite and helpful, one of the first times i have ever walked into a dentist office where they are genuinely concerned about how u feel, they really show they care about the pain ur in, i came in twice with a severe tooth infection where my dentist gave me the wrong antibiotics, they took me in immediately both times and gave me the right medication, i couldn't be more happy that i found a place i feel comfortable and know that i will get treatment properly and effectively.

The receptionist/realistate lady, is not nice! She hung up the phone on me today! For noooo reason but she's mean!! I called inquiring about my cap for a root canal the Dentist did a few weeks back. They have to wait on approval. Fine, I called to ask about my cap.. Me,: Hello, wanted to know if my cap came in.. Receptionist: WHAT!! Me: I called to see if my cap C.A.P came in..? Receptionist: laughs, waiting on approval, you call back when you talk right, click (note: she said six weeks. It had been 2 months already). Quite Me: wait did she hang up? Yes!! The receptionist is ridiculous! And she does Realistate I wouldn't buy a crumb from her. There was another receptionist working there never had any problems The Dentist is awesome no problem. Good customer service would be for the owners to call me. Went in today 9/3, same lady rude to me.As I'm leaving the office and said by to everyone in lobby she called me over and confronted me about this review. In front of other clients. As I told her if she had a problem with me pull me to the side, plus her child was in there... I'm a private person. So she's very aggressive. Also telling me she was not the Dentist wife. I know she told me that before. That she was the wife. I apologize to the wife if she was not the receptionist. I will post her name the receptionist that told me she does Realistate. Listen I like this Dentist and his practices. As I told this receptionist she is representing his business and she should be professional.

I went here for a deep cleaning.... Mind you they make you fill out paperwork asking for the reason you are there... I specifically wrote "I'm here for a deep cleaning" the dentist starts to do work on my teeth cleaning them.. then he said "we don't offer deep cleaning here" excuse me?! Like why didn't anyone tell me that before I could've went somewhere else before wasting my once a year cleaning then they don't give me any medication for swollen gums he said I had.... Like wtf... he took X-rays idk what for because they didn't tell me what they needed them for... definitely won't be going back here again...

This place was very clean the staff including the Md were very friendly and were very informative any finds that were found were explained thoroughly everything was explained during my routine cleaning I recommend my daughter to this dental practice if I had to have 1 complaint it would be able parking it's convenient if your lucky to find 1.

Lovely receptionist, very clean and sanitary office, I have an absolute phobia of the dentist office but the Dentist I was seen bye was very kind and compassionate, listened to my fears and concerns and made me feel completely at ease.
