PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Unprofessional group of women, outside of Ms.Sheena. Dr.Calloway and Ms.Jackson equally show little to no respect to patients, they create drama, they lied, and they took money and refused to return it. Please avoid this practice as much as possible.

Most people hate going to the dentist, but going here will definitely change your mind. Dr. Calloway and her entire staff are absolutely AMAZING! They're informative about your treatment plan, payments and any concerns.

Love the staff and their quality of customer service! Update: I originally gave this location 5 stars simply but after today's interaction with their office staff, I feel the level of customer service is not the same as it was when I first started going. I'm very disappointed in the outcome of my experience. Communication is everything when you are providing a service to someone. The tone I received today was as if I was negligent or irresponsible. Issues can arise but how you communicate those issues can make or break situation.

I absolutely love Dr. Calloway and her staff. I have been going to this office for the past 7 years and my experience at every single visit has been nothing short of incredible. Love them!

I love the doctor calloway, she works with you her staff is very professional my daughter been going to see her since I moved here from Miami we have never experienced any problems.

So far, so good - front office staff is professional and pleasant, and I really appreciate Dr. Calloway's bedside manner, and the way she explains the process directly to my daughter, who was a bit apprehensive about getting braces. Looking forward to a positive experience. EDIT: One year later, and they're like family to us. My daughter's experience with braces has been vastly different than her sister's (and she reminds me of this constantly). Dr. Calloway is amazing, smart, funny and incredibly good at what she does. Her entire staff is wonderful, and dealing with them really lessens the pain of paying for ortho in the first place. I can't recommend this office enough.

Dr. Calloway and her staff is the best! I came here after high recommendations from my coworker and my best friend, Who both got braces from her. The office is professional and accomodating. She has the ceramic, which I have and are not as visible as the traditional braces. I have had mine since May 2016 my teeth are moving quickly and my gaps are closed. The pricing is extremely reasonable. Do yourself a favor and go to Chapel Hill Orthodontics!
