Dr. Tracy DeLorm D.D.S. began with a degree in Cellular & Molecular Biology with an emphasis in Biochemistry from Western Washington University. She completed a Medical Technology Internship and worked at Puget Sound Blood Center in the Donor testing Laboratory. Within six months of starting this job she knew it was not where she wanted to be and she began investigating going back to school. Four years after that realization she returned to school at University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco.

After finishing Dental School, Dr. DeLorm and her husband Dave (married in 1993) returned to her hometown of Lake Stevens and joined her father, Dr. Eugene B. Richardson D.D.S., P.S., in his practice. Dr. Richardson retired in 2003 and Dr. DeLorm, took over the practice full time and began to make it her own. Since that time Dr. DeLorm has not only continued to build her practice, but has also put a lot of time and effort into helping the Lake Stevens Community. She is on the board of the Lake Stevens Rotary Club and the board of Sherwood Community Services. She has also spent many hours volunteering her time with the dental assisting program at Sno-Isle skills center, fundraising with Hungry Hearts Foundation, and providing dinners at Cocoon House East. In 2010, Dr. DeLorm traveled to Guatemala for her first dental mission trip and would love to go again. In addition to her many volunteer activities Dr. DeLorm also enjoys quilting, biking, running and swimming. She completed the 2010, 2011, and 2012 STP (Seattle to Portland) bike ride and has been ride support for her husband's several STP-one day rides.

Briana is one of our Dental assistants, she joined our team in April of 2018. She has been a registered dental assistant for 10 years. She completed the Dental assisting program at Everest College in 2009. Briana chose to go into the dental field after the birth of her first child. She wanted a challenging career that allowed her advancement and growth but also gave her a set schedule that allowed her time to be a great mom. Briana loves being a dental assistant and working with patients and providing them with the care and attention they deserve. Briana feels very lucky to be a part of this team. There are so many great parts about this job! From my amazing co-workers to our awesome patients! I love that its fast pace and Dr. DeLorm is an awesome doctor and a great boss.

Briana lives in Lake Stevens with her husband and their kids. When she isnt driving her kids to and from their practices and after school activities, she and her family love to go camping and fishing. In Brianas free time she enjoys binge watching re-runs of shows like Fixer-Upper, Friday Night Lights, Greys Anatomy, and The Big Bang Theory. She also enjoys scrapbooking and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks. Her guilty pleasures are reality TV, tacos and 90s country music. Briana is excited to meet and provide the best care for our new and existing patients.

Jill joined our team as a dental hygienist in 2003. She grew up in Marysville and graduated from Shoreline Community College in 1991. The details of dentistry and the relationships that develop with the patients make every day a day to look forward to.

Jill married her husband Brant in 1990. They have two sons: Kyle and Kris, who are both nurses working in Spokane. In her free time, Jill enjoys scuba diving, training for triathlons, and all things related to food. My goal is to connect with each person I meet and help empower them to achieve better oral health that will impact their overall health.

Judy works at the front desk and is usually the first person our patients see when they come in. She was born and raised here in Lake Stevens and graduated from Lake Stevens High School back when it was called 'the Pink Palace'. She has been in the dental field since 1973, the first five of those years as an assistant, before she was hired by Dr. Richardson as his office manager. Judy always says 'dentistry found me': a friend told her about a dentist in Snohomish that was hiring an assistant he could train. Judy started there, but eventually came back to Lake Stevens to work for Dr. Richardson. It turned out dentistry was a good fit for her.

Judy visits her parents who live in Arizona as much as possible, not only to see her parents, but to also play the many golf courses in that area. She has two children who are both Lake Stevens graduates, her son in 1993 and her daughter in 1997. Judy spends her time enjoying the outdoors by camping and golfing and is the proud mama of a fur-baby named Tiva. She also loves to watch DIY (Do It Yourself) shows and get ideas for her own DIY projects around the house. 'I love my job and the people I work with.it doesn 't get any better than this!'

Stephanie is one of our Dental Hygienists. She attended LWTC for dental assisting and then received her EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) License from Seattle Central Community College. In 2017, Stephanie graduated from the Pima Dental Hygiene Program.
