First of all, I arrived late but even still the staff agreed to accommodate me. My wait was next to nothing and the hygienist and doctor performed a swift and thorough examination, explained the results and began treatment the same day. I couldn't have asked for better service, especially when I inconvenienced them. They are the best.

Patricia, who works in the front desk area, is simply amazing. She's incredibly thorough, patient and friendly! I appreciate her ability to walk patients through treatment plans and managing insurance-related concerns. I, and many other patients, are extremely happy to see her smiling face back in the office. She is the secret sauce for the office. A gem indeed. KEEP HER AROUND!

The most PAIN FREE dental appointment I have ever had!!!! Root canal without feeling anything. Not even the needle for numbing!!!! You have a patient for life.

I wish I could give this business a 0! I hate to rate any company low but this business has forced me to do so. These are the most unorganized humans I have ever dealt with in my entire life! They can't keep staff. Every single visit, you're going to see a new face (employee). I have been supporting this business for over an year and I have been through 5 orthodontist! They are also great with canceling appointments the day of. They have canceled 4 appointments at the last minute. The first cancellation was understandable because Dr. James was sick. The second cancellation was also understandable because there was dealth in his family. The 3rd cancellation was unacceptable because the lack of communication between the staff. And today, which is the 4th cancellation due to ineffective communication as well!

Love Dr.James he is the most gentle Giant as a Dentist. I was so scared to go to any dentist. To care for my teeth. But when I came to Dr. James he help me overcome my fears by his knowledge of where to stick the needle at to numb me to minimize the pain. Knowledge is def power. Do he have that. I am no longer afraid going to chapel hill family dentist because he's that great. The staff treat me with care. And is very pilot. And the facility is very clean. Smells very clean.

Jill is an amazing dental hygienist! Thorough but very gentle with cleanings. and explains clearly what procedures will be done. Dr James also is a fantastic dentist.

The staff at Chapel Hill Denistry is so friendly and very caring. Dr. James and his staff are always helpful in the office and over the phone whether its questions about your appointments or services rendered. I truly recommend that you give them an opportunity to help you with your dental care.

I love everyone who works at this office! Every time I go in I have a pain free, full of smiles experience. Last month I got five fillings. After my medicine wore off I went about my day. They take care of my teeth and the entire staff is so in tune with my needs. If you are on the fence about Chapel Hill Family Dentistry-- please give them a try-- I'm sure you won't let anyone other than Dr. Ty touch your mouth after!

I visited Chapel Hill Family Dentistry due to an emergency with my bridge. The service I received was absolutely amazing. Dr. James and his wonderful Assistant showed care beyond what I've ever experienced. They were so patient and kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt assured that they could help me and I was able to relax knowing I was under the best care possible. They quickly came up with a short and long term plan to care for my oral needs, as they are many. This dental establishment is a gift to the community. Dr. James is phenomenal. The Dental Assistant that cared for me was experienced (30yrs.) and it showed in all she did. She was a driving force in getting through what I consider a complete disaster. The entire time she only cared about not causing me any pain or undue stress. Just amazing! Again both there doctor and Assistant had the absolutely best bedside manner and I can see why this Dentistry is the best in the industry. I have a long road ahead to full recovery and better dental conditioning but I'm happy for the journey. I won't be going alone and I've got the industries best leading the way. Thank you all! From the front desk to the Dental chair, nothing but EXCELLENCE all the way through.

Unorganized, staff are rude. The turnover here is crazy! It's obviously not a good working atmosphere as they have gone through 4 or 5 ortho assistants just during my treatment alone. Dr. James seems to be out of touch with what the staff are doing and he has been nearly non-existent through my entire treatment, so much so, that I had to start my Invisalign plan all over because the suggested plan wasn't implemented by him or his staff.

This dentist is wonderful. Dr. James and the staff are so nice. I even accidentally overpaid them $100 in cash and they gave it back.
