Dr. Pham received her Bachelor's Degree in both Chemistry and Piano at Virginia Commonwealth University with Cum Laude honor in 1996. Upon graduation, she pursued her DDS from the Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry and graduating with Magna Cum Laude in May 2000. She thencontinued working for another year of AdvancedEducation in General Dentistry (AEGD)at the University of Louisville, KY from June 2000 to June 2001.Dr. Pham was listed in Nova Living Magazine as one of the Top Dentists for many years. Dr. Pham is specialized in general dentistry and she uses the most up-to-date equipment and materials to improve the quality of dentistry. Besides work, Dr. Pham plays the piano in her free time and enjoys cooking as well asspending time with her husband Tuan and two sons Allen & Nathan.
Melanie has been an experienced dental hygienist for more than 20 years. She joinedChantilly Green Dental Carein September 2011. Melanie grew-up in Chantilly and was a dental assistant for many years prior to getting her dental hygiene degree (RDH) from NVCC in 1997. She moved to Florida after graduatingand worked for a family practice before moving back to Northern Virginia in 2011. Melanie enjoys the outdoors, working out, running and spending time with her two daughters.
Emilia is a pre-dental student at the University of Virginia. She started shadowing in June 2020 and worked her way up to becoming a part time dental assistant. Whenever she is not studying or working at the office she enjoys to sew, paint, and tutor. She will graduate in May of 2022 and then apply to dental schools in order to pursue her dream career as a dentist.
Shaima Baigzad Is our lead assistant and has worked at Chantilly Green Dental Care since 2018. Shaima has graduated from the DATS program for Dental Assisting program in 2016. Prior to finishing school Shaima has been working as a Dental Assistant for more than 4 years. She loves her job and treat patients with the upmost respect. She is highly organized and punctual. On Shaima free time she loves to spend time with her Husband and daughter and to go on an occasional swim.

They are a wonderful dentist I've been going to for over 10 yrs! Great people, lovely office no frills but ALL the Tech, billing is a breeze AND the have multiple locations (even open on Sundays) I highly recommend them!

As always, Service at Chantilly Green is second to none. Anytime are there it feels like second home.Service for sixteen years wouldn't ask for any other dentist, they are great.

Very pleasant experience. Doctor explains everything as she is doing it and goes over the treatment plan ahead of time. She also checks in with me as she is working to make sure that I'm comfortable.

Only visited them twice, but was amazed at the level of professionalism and customer service. Every single person I ran into was kind and attentive. Additionally, the information that I received during my visit was more informative than any other establishment. I didn't have to probe....the info seemed to be part of their natural routine. Great place!!!!!!
