When you arrive in our reception area, youll be greeted by Jennifer, who knows your name. You wont find a closed window with a placard telling you to sign in on the clipboard in front of you. New patients will notice everyone on our team is happy to see you. We dont hide from our guests.
While we do work with traditional insurance, we are not a contracted provider for any managed care (HMO) plans. Consequently, we dont have to run our office like a bus station. You wont find our reception area crowded. Its not because were not busy. Its because we have chosen to work for you and only you during your visit. We dont double-book.

We make every effort to keep dental care affordable while maintaining the high level of quality to which we have dedicated ourselves. It should be noted that dental insurance is designed to defray some of the costs of dental care by paying a portion or percentage of the bill. We coordinate insurance with treatment, whenever possible, and help our patients maximize any insurance benefits they have. Our philosophy of treating you using only our professional judgment and experience is not compatible with the restrictive nature of managed care plans (HMOs). Accordingly, our office is not a contracted provider with HMO or DHMO plans.
Traditional benefit (indemnity) plans do not stipulate where you can go. You can see any dentist (including us!) and receive the full benefits of the policy. If your benefit plan is a PPO, you will still be able to use it in our office.
If your plan is an HMO/DMO, you will receive benefits only if you see a dentist on their very restrictive list (in-network) of contracted providers. Naturally, it will be our pleasure to serve you; however, your HMO plan will not cover any of your costs at our office. Highly recommend Dr To and his team. The best dentist I have ever met and have. I have known Dr To almost 20 years +. He is very skillful and knowledgeable and very courteous and no matter what procedure or Treament I barely notice any discomfort , I felt nothing and everything is done and Dr To is that super great. He is so warmly and kind and passionate and caring for his patients. Want a dentist you trust and won't trade anything for , then Dr To is the one. He is one of best gift that God sent me. His team are down to earth excellent and front desk staff are super helpful and very attentive and courteous and very flexible schedule. Again , highly recommend Dr To the best and caring dentist on earth.

Very clean bright office and friendly staff. Knowledgeable team is happy to answer all questions and walk through what is going on. They use newer technology for digital x rays and images to see what's going on in there. Was great today to have help holding and entertaining our kids while we got cleaned. I'll update this post again after the cavity filling :/

The doctors and office staff that work in this practice go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one the front office is so friendly and even if you hadn't been there for a year they still remember and recognize you I had an emergency situation a bridge fell out and they got me in the next day and repaired it I would definitely recommend this practice to anybody family friends and they are very close to the Greenbrier area.

Dr To. did a wonderful job on my root canal. I felt no pain whatsoever . I was so scared but he made it so easy for me. He was so patient with me throughout my procedure. He did an excellent work. Thankyou Dr To. I really appreciate .

I had to come in for my cleaning with my 3 year old and 8 month old baby. The staff was so incredibly helpful! They held the baby, had bubbles and tv for the 3yo, and I was able to get my xrays and teeth cleaned. Amazing service!

We just moved to the area and don't have a regular dentist. My daughter was in excruciating pain due to her tooth breaking. I called Chantilly Family and Cosmetic Dentistry and they got her in as an emergency case. Dr. Kim is extremely nice and gentle. My daughter is feeling so much better. Thank you so much we will definitely be coming here for all dental work.

Dr. To and Dr. Kim are awesome in all aspects. My family has made lots of efforts to find a good dentist. They are very attentive and take enough time to hear concerns we had. All were addressed. Of course, staffs are awesome too! I highly recommend this office!

Wonderful office! I've been going here for the past 3 years and the staff is always so warm, professional, and knowledgeable. Office amenities are also great and modern. Would recommend to anyone living in the Fairfax/Chantilly/Loudon area.

Great staff and great dental work. They do a great job and really care about their patients. Scheduling was really easy and they send reminders about your appointment which was really helpful considering I have a busy schedule.
