completed her dental hygiene training at Normandale Community College, which included training in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. While at college, she worked in the dental clinic, served as a class officer, and earned the Normandale Presidential Scholarship, and Normandale Dental Hygiene Faculty and Alumni Scholarship. She joined Chanhassen Family Dentistry in 2014 and looks forward to getting to know the patients. She spends her time outside of work with her husband and three children.

She has been with Chanhassen Family Dentistry since 1995. Darlene enjoys the wonderful relationships she has established with her patients over the years. Her hobbies include gardening, going to her cabin and spending time with her family.
Megan has been part of the dental community since 2018 starting as a lab/Sterile technician and then completing her schooling at Dakota County Technical to become a LDA/CDA. She is employed with us as a Chairside assistant and treatment coordinator. She enjoys being able to educate each patient and have them feel more confident about their oral health. She enjoys running, fishing and spending time with family and her kitty Miss Faye.
Pat has been in dentistry for many years working in large and small private practices and hospitals. She also spent several years teaching dental hygiene. Her goal is to leave her patients happy with a healthy mouth. She is devoted to her family and her music.
Cerisa earned her degree in Dental Assisting from Dakota County Technical College in 2011. She interned at Chanhassen Family Dentistry during the summer of 2012 and began working full time here in January 2013. Cerisa loves delivering quality care to our patients. She also loves spending time with her Corgi Winston and her husband.

I don't have minus stars to give - I wouldn't recommend due to unprofessional behavior (making fun about patients with other nurses). When reported to doctor he supported the same - some examples on how they reply to our questions: 1. You came to us we didn't come to you 2. You ask too many questions than anyone 3. you want your money back

Our whole family has gone here for years and we recently left. My daughter was having pain and started crying during an appointment. Dr. Leonard stood up, mocked her, yelled at her and said, "Do you know what you need to do? You need to grow up. Just grow up!" She's 11. We were both in tears. Our family of 5 will never be back and now my daughter is terrified of getting dental work done.

Like a lot of people going to the dentist is not in my top ten list to do. That being said, I've been seeing Dr. Leonard and his crack staff since 2012. I've had general and restorative services and best of all Invisalign's Braces. Highly recommend. I continue to go there even after moving to northern MN.

I drive all the way from wisconsin best dentist I've been too and he explained everything that he would be doing in my denture implants process and he's changed my life and brought back my smile that I haven't had in years everyone has been very friendly and very welcoming on every visit thank you again for all the work n time put into my journey

I have been going to Dr Leonard for 20+ years. I even moved to California 7 years ago and still schedule in my annual appointments when I come back to visit. The staff is awesome and I know that they will take care of my teeth and not recommend anything unnecessary.

I had my first root canal done here. I'm pretty tough, but during the procedure I felt severe pain and stopped him to tell him so. He kind of snickered, gave me more numbing medicine and finished the procedure. He snickered at my pain! I became terrified of the dentist after that and didn't go again for years. My new dentist has caused 0 pain. I have told many people about my experience and will continue to do so. I would never recommend Dr. Leonard to anyone.

I was on time for my appointment. Dr Leanard sat in the next room talking about the new land he bought for hunting and his hunting escapades for 20 minutes while I sat in the chair waiting for him. I won't be back.

Dr. Mike has been our family dentist for about 25 years. He's really good at what he does, which is everything you would need from a dentist (exams, oral surgery, mini-dental implants, orthodontics, cosmetic work, etc.). Reasonable fees, too. We've sent quite a few people his way and will continue to do so. Update: Dr. Leonard is the Mike-langelo of crowns. Two visits, total time was less than two hours. Cost less than I had expected.
