PLEASE DON'T USE HIM ..Had been seeing Dr Chang for 3 yrs, see him at least 3 times a yr. Thought he was doing good till I started having major problems with my bite. Had my teeth clean and was told I have 13 cavities, confused on how but trusted him after doing 7 in a visit. my bite was off and I went in and he sent me to a real dentist to fix. PLEASE DON'T USE HIM.. If he spent half the time on you as his staff did on drafting up you bill he would still mess your teeth up...PLZ! Don't trust him.. God bless..

The staff is rude up front. They gave me an appt time and then i come in 15 mins early, like you are told to come for appts anywhere, they complained that i was too early. Well give me the right time and i won't be early anymore. They did this to me three times. The new dentist replaced my crown and now i have a mouth sore on my gum plus a cut on the other side of my tooth on the gum from him putting it back on. Still waiting for it to heal. He was also talking about how he found a stray at his house and that he went and dumped down the street at a neighbor's house. Odd and why would you tell anyone that?!? Dr Chang is awesome! The nicest guy and his assistant is really nice too. Of course, i would be nice as pie too if i got paid as much as he does. Just ignore/tolerate/drown out the two women up front and get Dr Chang to do all of your dental work.

Very nice down to earth dentist. The front desk staff seemed like they had tension between each other working so closely together everyday. I'd take the dentist anyway. His prices are competitive.

Staff Is Rude & Uncaring Posted on September 8th, 2020 "The reason for 1 Star rating has 100% to do with Office Manager Lisa.Yes, dentist offices are dealing with new guidelines due to COVID-19. We also have additional difficulties in this area due to recent landfall of Hurricane Laura. However, when my husband was 6-minutes late to appointment (can prove this due to cell phone documentation) due to taking a family member to St. Elizabeth prior to dental appointment for amputation surgery, Lisa showed no empathy nor was willing to "bend their rules". In her defense, she DID offer to take him to do a portion of what he was scheduled to have done. Here explanation is that taking him for full procedure, would put the next patient 6 minutes behind. Their rule is a zero late policy as well as a zero early policy. For example, his rescheduled time is 2:20. He is to walk in the office door PRECISELY at 2:20, not one minute early or late. Next, he called 19 times from 12:29-1:35 to reschedule, and nobody answered. Since Dr. Chang must work with limited staff, my recommendation is that he hire someone to make appointments "off site". My husband has continued to see Dr. Chang due to ongoing dental work. Due to Lisa, I will take my dental needs elsewhere. No complaints about Dr. Chang whatsoever. Unless you want to face an office staff where all they want to do is tell you how tough they have it for months, instead of being THANKFUL they have a job in this post-Covid economy, enter the office at your own risk"

Dr. Chang is the best dentist I've ever had but his receptionist workers are the worst I've ever met, they are prissy they are rude, and not worried about your pain at all. If they don't like their line of work were mostly all they do is sit on their bums then they should find a different career. Again, Dr.Chang is one of the best dentist I've ever been to I highly recommend him if you are willing to deal with his not so great staff.

He has been my dentist for many years. He and his staff have always had my best interest at heart and have never preformed any unnecessary dental procedures. They take care to ensure my experience is always the best it can be. He only prescribes a dental procedure after following it's progression and determining when it is optimal to administer it.

I have had some awful dentists. I am generally close to full panic mode when I have to see one. This Dentist put me at ease immediately. He is phenomenal. I do not like dentists, but I love this place. If you've had bad experiences go there Let him know. He'll change it.

Great dentist! I've been going here for close to 10 years now. Dr. Chang is friendly and gentle...he makes conversation with you (even if you can't respond, haha) and seems to genuinely care about his patients' well being. The rest of his staff has also been pretty pleasant in my experience. Definitely recommend!

Great dentist my kids love him he is very gentle with them he does a great job at fixing my kids teeth removing all cavities and doing fillings.. he is the best staff is very friendly and wonderful you don't find too many people that care and to me seems like they do..

Always kind and over all an incredible staff. My 9 year old didn't even cry when getting the numbing shots. I would recommend Dr. Chang to anyone!

Great dentist my kids love him he is very gentle with them he does a great job at fixing my kids teeth removing all cavities and doing fillings.. he is the best staff is very friendly and wonderful you don't find too many people that care and to me seems like they do..
